What To Expect

Meet your guide, a local chef, and small group of up to 8 people in central Hoi An in time for an 8.30am departure, and walk the short distance to the family home where you’ll enjoy your cooking class.

After discussing the morning’s menu, set to work in the kitchen and get hands-on as you create classic dishes such as deep-fried spring rolls, rice crackers, and steamed rice rolls. Under the expert guidance of your instructor, master new cooking techniques and learn the secrets of Vietnamese specialties like sweet and sour fish soup and papaya salad.
