I would rate this TEN STARS if I could. We enjoyed every minute of the experience. We visited a small garden plot in town to learn about the important herbs and leaves used in Vietnamese cuisine. Here we met with the family too. We went and had a coffee and then on to the market to buy the fresh ingredients for our 5 courses lunch. The market was interesting and we could also buy souvenirs to take home. We cooked together 4 dishes: Pho Bo (beef soup), Papaya salad with pork and shrimp, pancake rolls (first time and definitely loved this new dish for me), aubergine hot pot. All were amazingly good...hard to pick a favorite. Our last course was fresh fruit. HANNAH and LUCY were amazing hosts, I wish we could do another class...hopefully soon.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre cours de cuisine avec Jolie Da Nang! Une belle équipe dynamique et très attentionnée! La visite du Marché Han nous a beaucoup plu! Nous y retournerons c'est sûr! Par la suite, nous avons été accueillis par une gentille dame dans un beau potager super bien entretenu! Un autre beau et bon moment! Nous nous rendons ensuite chez Jolie Da Nang! -Utiliser des ingrédients que nous ne connaissions pas pour réaliser les différents mets à partager! -Étre à la cuisson chacun son tour... Une belle expérience! Tout cela dans une ambiance décontractée et chaleureuse! Quel plaisir de pouvoir déguster ces mets avec les sauces maisons appropriées!
