Great Day trip to Bana Hills with Mr Tanh

Our guide was Mr Tanh who speaks excellent English. He and his driver were very punctual and courteous and highly knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of time to do what we wanted at Bana Hills and even helped us with photo shots. Thoroughly recommended.

A good afternoon out

There is a lot more to see and do once there. We had a guide with us which helped enormously. We hadn’t realised a buffet style meal was included in the ticket price along with a beer. Viator part is paying for the transport, driver and guide. It’s extra for the entrance fee.

Despite the heavy rain, we enjoyed our experience. We expected just transportation, but got a full small group tour which made the place much better to navigate around. We highly reccommend Bao as a guide— friendly, informative, energetic and FUNNY!

I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Ba Na Hills with the support of a local guide!! We had Bin (who was the most delightful guide - great photographer). The Golden Bridge was gorgeous, we had the space to take nice photos and videos because it was quite empty with the funeral day. We had lots of time to free-range explore and the weather was gorgeous so high in the mountains. At the beginning it was a bit chaotic with having a new driver and working out where our tour buddies weee staying, but it was seamless once we were on the road.

Massive tourist trap

The bridge and the view from the cable car were the only nice parts. The rest of the complex is not really worth seeing. We wasted 3 hours in the area because the car would not leave until then. Our guide's English was also not great. He said that we would see the marble Mountains as well but then skipped them without telling us. Overall a bit of a waste of time.

Nice organised tour. The cable car and food was optional. Brought my own lunch to eat. The top mountain is little expensive.

Tourist trap but great trip

Wasn't expecting how touristy it was (think French Disneyland!) However really well organised trip, so if you want this experience I'd recommend this company and guide. It's specifically built for tourists so little Vietnamese culture or history available, however the one exception is the wonderful wine cellar (100 dong extra incl a glass of wine, cocktail or soft drink) which is original and well worth a visit. Its extremely busy, but to be expected as I guess we all want a picture with the golden bridge! Food options are expensive compared to elsewhere in Vietnam and not as tasty (but adequate, you won't go hungry). There was a 90 minute queue for the roller coaster so we didn't do this but the 5D cinema was a great experience.

See the bridge, but not with Viator

The bridge is really great and you should See it. But it is so crowded even not high season. It reminds me of Universal Studios. The Fun Park would not be needed. There should be separate offers with or without Park. In the Park most things are closed, but you pay, full price. My Ticket was without Lunch (there was no choice to select) But hole group had Lunch. So I was banded like go somewhere else. It should be offered either or and have same groups together. But have heard food was poor. The hole Trip was in a rush, even when you want to go to toilet the guide said rush. I was by my own and always checking not to loose the group, as the guide was not really looking for. On the way back he missed my hotel and asked me if I could walk back. When you are arround in this area many different offers to go to the bridge. Better check with the offers in your hotel.

Brilliant Tour - Highly recommend

This tour was not what I expected at all, we were picked up from our hotel promptly and truly had the most wonderful time there. We had plenty of time at Ba Na Hills and would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit. I wish we could remember out guide's name - but he was brilliant.

Theme park. A little over rated but tour company was nice

It's a theme park not actual country side hills that you drive through. But the tour company was nice enough to organise a car for me and my friends to get back to Da Nang for 300k VND. It's a family friendly theme park that's a bit over crowded at certain areas as you would expect from a theme park

Not worth the money for us. The guide was very friendly and helpful but the tour itself was underwhelming and too expensive in total. You are forced to buy a ticket for the amusement park at the top of the mountain for 850k. The park felt like a tourist trap and you wont have fun there unless you are under 10 y old maybe

Tour guide was lovely, friendly and organised definitely 5 star for her! The weather was horrible, foggy and there were so many people we wouldnt have been able to navigate around without some guidance! The castles are worth seeing - good photo opportunities & the restaurants are nice but really touristy - be prepared!
