Excellent experience. The private tour Guide (Sarah) was at the Hotel Lobby ahead of time for pickup. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about Vietnam and gave us a good glimpse of the historical connections. She also understood our asks and let the tour go at our own pace which made it a very pleasant experience.
Bana hills can be very crowded and Sarah gave us the good advise of going for Wow VIP tcikets that easily saved us about 2 hours of wait time. Highly recommended on a crowded day.
The Golden Bridge itself was crowded but we got good views. Later in the day the crowd eased up allowing us to revisit.
Bana hills is full of restaurants and other F&B options the Coconut water can be a real refresher on a hot day. We had a good buffet option as part of the package.
The french Village and the Spiritual section are very scenic and colorful.

Amazing day made even more perfect by our English speaking tour guide Mia who was friendly, knowledgeable and always on hand to take photos of the two of us (rather than the usual selfies!) She was just brilliant!
Ba Na Hills is a fantastic experience from start to finish especially the cable car ride, Golden Bridge and the French Village.
We were lucky enough to have clear, warm weather but would recommend taking a jacket as it can get quite chilly and damp when the mist blows in.
10/10 Experience.

Our tour guide was 30 minutes late to pick us up from port, we paid a extra $120 dollars to get picked up at Chan MA port

Thank you very much for your feedback. We would like to clarify that your original booking was for pick-up at Tien Sa Port in Da Nang. However, at your request, the pick-up location was changed to Chan May Port in Hue, and the additional USD 120 was the surcharge for this long-distance transfer from Hue, not for the delay.
Regarding the late pick-up, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Chan May Port is a very large port, and unfortunately, our tour guide needed extra time to locate you at the correct meeting point. This was an unexpected oversight on our part, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

This tour was highly valuable. Thu served as an excellent tour guide—she was friendly and considerate. She clearly explained the schedule and helped keep us on track, while maintaining flexibility to allow us time to explore. I especially appreciated her attention to small details. Her recommendation of the express pass for the cable car proved to be very worthwhile, particularly when the cable car was temporarily closed for 30 minutes due to weather conditions. Once reopened, we were able to avoid lines by using the express pass.
Additionally, I appreciate Thu’s suggestions for other attractions to visit with the remaining time we had in Danang. Knowing we were headed to Hanoi, she also provided us with key “must-see” recommendations.

We had the BEST day trip ever to Ba Na Hills. Our guide Minh made sure we didn’t miss a thing. We wouldn’t have had the same experience if we went on our own. HIGHLY recommend this tour. The whole thing was incredible. We got really lucky with the weather and our guide captured so many wonderful photos of us. The buffet lunch was insane as well. Definitely book this tour if you can!

We had a wonderful day with our tour guide Sarah , …we spent the day seeing All the amazing and exciting things Ba Na had to offer , she gave us a brief history of the hills …it honestly did not feel we were on a tour …she treated us like family …took pictures of us helping us get the best locations to have breast photos and memories ….I highly recommend this tour and with Sarah ..this was the best part of our trip

Our trip to Ba Na Hill was outstanding. William was a great tour guide who provided a great deal and knowledge of the area. We were on a tight time table and this worked out perfectly for us. Even though there was some rain and wind in the area, William kept us engaged and entertained. I would highly recommend this tour.

Had a great tour with our guide Sarah. The weather was a little misty and foggy at the top making the serenity walk around the pagodas more mystical. The cable car ride gave fabulous views of the coastline and Sarah was able to explain many features and local information. Private car was a fantastic choice so we could control our schedule directly. Thanks Sarah and your courteous safe driver.

The car journey there was safe and smooth. The entry to the hills and the various attractions were made very easy. The guide did provide some information about the place. Lunch was also arranged quickly. It got quite crowded at lunch time but can still find tables. Do go for the alpine coast ride- definitely worth it!

A nice half-day tour. Our guide Minh was very nice and gave us many impressions and information. We didn't need the fast track pass because we arrived later. Is already very crowded on Sunday, but worth seeing. The 5D cinema is really well done, the buffet food is also a highlight. You can try some things here. Minh gave us the best photo tips
