What a GREAT time we had on this tour. We had limited time as we were on a cruise ship and in port for one day (Leaving at 5:00 pm). We had wonderful communications with the local tour company (Dacotours CO, LTD) before hand to ensure we could make the tour and be back on the ship.
We booked the private tour (a bit extra, but worth every penny. Our tour guide Giang (Jenny) and driver Hank took excellent care of us all day long. Jenny escorted us through the Sun World park to ensure we got to see the most important attractions, especially the Golden Bridge which is a DO NOT MISS attraction. The gondola ride to the top is breath taking and the view were awesome.
If you are ever in Da Nang, do not miss this opportunity to visit one of the best attractions and do it with Jenny (Dacotours CO, LTD).

This was a wonderful way for two senior adults 62 and 71 to experience SunWorld. URI our tour guide let us in on the wow pass that put us in front of any line including the gondolas. She helped us maneuver my husband light weight power chair through escalator after escalator. She was very respectful and always asking if we needed anything like a rest, restroom or food. We are very pleased with this excursion from our cruise boat.

Our tour if Ba Na Hills in Da Nang, Vietnam was wonderful.our guide Uri was very focused our what we wanted to see. She was very attentive to our needs, organized, knowledgeable, and customer focused. The activity included a gondola ride up and back the mountains. Once there, we explored thos marvelous Disney-type park. It contains a complete aurgthentic looking French Village, complete with a mock-up of tge Notra Dame Cathedral in Paris. The structure looked authentic outside and inside. There was also a complete amusement area woth carnival-type rides and games. In addition, there were real Buddha statues and temples and a beautiful flower garden.

It was very good. The Ba Na Hills sun world needs to be done with a tour guide. Peter was very good with English. He answered all our questions. He left us on our own to explore Fantasy Park and Sun World so we had “free time” .
Our only problem was his insistence to not shop there. However prices were still very cheap there and we would have gotten things that were not available at the “supermarket” he took us to after.
I would recommend buy when you’re there the things you like and skip that Supermarket. It was not cheap and had very little.
Other than that Peter knows Sun World very well and he was very friendly and accommodating.

I use a mobility assistance scooter and the guide handled the lifting in/ out of the vehicle. Alex was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the day!! would definitely recommend.

Ba Na Hills is an absolutely beautiful destination with stunning views, the iconic Golden Bridge, and a very well-maintained atmosphere. The cable car ride itself is a memorable experience, and there is plenty to see and enjoy for visitors of all ages.
Our experience was made even better by our tour guide, Ms Chang. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and very accommodating throughout the tour. Her explanations were clear and informative, and she ensured everything went smoothly while making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Highly recommend visiting Ba Na Hills and, if possible, touring with Ms Chang for a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Lyn shared with us many interesting facts about Vietnam, and we shared about our life at home.

It was a heavily rainy day but our guide Thanh reached our hotel before time and immediately made a friendly connect with us. The weather wasn't supportive but our guide Thanh was. She made sure we had the best experience even in such a bad weather. We enjoyed our time all because of Thanh and her great hospitality. The car was very comfortable too. We loved the trip. We had a wonderful day trip to Ba Na Hills! Everything ran smoothly from the start – we were picked up directly from our hotel, thanks Viet, which made it very convenient. Our guide, Nancy, was excellent – friendly, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. She shared interesting details along the way and gave us plenty of time to explore. Ba Na Hills itself was amazing, with beautiful views, the Golden Bridge, and fun attractions. We did a day trip to Ba Na Hills and the golden bridge. What an exceptional experience. The golden bridge was amazing to see up close and the Sun World park was so much more than we had anticipated. Ian was a fantastic tour guide. he was on time, friendly, professional and had a deep knowledge of the national and local history and culture, past and present of Ba Na Hills, Da Nang, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding districts. Ian has a wonderful sense of humour, very engaging and personable and answered all our questions and gave us great tips on where to visit, what to see on our next trip to Vietnam. he even gave us tips on the best local eateries and foods to try.
Buffet lunch was delicious and catered to a huge variety of tastes. The tour itself was amazing. Ba Na Hills, the gold bridge, temples, pagodas and rose garden were breath taking. A must see! We loved the whole tour. thank you! Highly recommended!
