Tony, our guide, was great! He was friendly and helpful. Our tour was on schedule inspite of the terrible weather. Should you go Bana Hills during rainy season, be prepared to get really wet. Have a poncho and wear crocs/rubber sandals.

Guide was late, I understand there can be traffic but when you say you’re going to be 15 and 30 minutes later we have to ask where you are, it’s not good. Guide was not as friendly or chatty as I’ve experienced before, not introducing himself in person, not giving us information about Ba Na hills and overall just got the feeling he didn’t really want to be there. Ba Na hills was not a great experience, very very overcrowded but was the weekend so might be why. People pushing in, not queuing, pushing past you. The theme park bit was fun but we were given 3 hours free time and not any other interaction from the guide apart from where to meet us. The foot court was awful, could hardly get a table, Lucky to get food with all the crowding and was just not an enjoyable experience. Pay a lot of money for this tour and am just disappointed by it and the guide. Bumper cars and tea cups were fun. Wouldn’t do again and just seems like a money taking gimmick like Disney etc

Nice guide but „rest stop“ of 30-45 minutes at pearl store where you must stay for the time

The guide was nice but we made a „rest stop“ on our way to ba na hills that took nearly 1 hour and it was a tour in a pearl shop where we had to stay for that time (likely to buy something). Therefore our way to ba na hills was 2 hours instead of 1h15. If you want to buy pears it’s nice though.

Plenty of walking but also crowded. Lunch was at a very large buffet, also crowded. Cable car rides were enjoyable but longer waits to come down.

Their icon bridge The Golden Hands is incredibly awesome and one of the kind. This location has so much to do and explore.

I got a pickup and drop-off service but did not pay for the 880K entry tickets to Ba Na Hills, which I regretted. If you buy tickets on the spot, they will charge you 900K, not including a 3% card fee. The tour guide apologises a lot because the tour ran 30 minutes late and needed to pick up many people from different hotels.

No guide like booked. The Problem is, if the weather is cloudy you can stay at home, because it is nothing to see at the top/at the bridge. For The Value it is very expensive

My daughter and I were waiting from the weather to get better before we booked our tour through Viator. Le Ngoc Hau was exceptional in sharing his knowledge of Danang and Ba Na Hills. We had a splendid day with lots of free time to explore Golden Bridge. In addition, he recommended the Han River night cruise do that we had the best views of Danang City and the Dragon Bridge! It was truly a memorable time and we knew we were good hands with the best tour guide.

Lets start with advantages of this tour: 1. Tour buss picked us up on time, no any delays or problems with it. + our guide Thao will call you when buss will be near your pick up point, to make sure you are ready. 2. Golden bridge and all gardens/buildings/monuments and pagoda are amazing, 100% worth to see it. Now disadvantages: 1. Fantasy park dont have much entertainments, almost nothing to do. Also Lunar Castle is not worth to visit, all it have is just some 3d or 4d cinema for a couple minutes. 2. Tour buss has small gaps between seats, so really hard to sit comfortable if you are 170cm+. Bus was dirty AF, dirty seats, and used diapers in the back seats. (gone when we finished our tour and get back to the bus). 3. Could not say that this is guided tour. Did not get any additional information about places that surround us during transportation to Bana hills. Also no any information during Bana hills tour. All we heard: stay here, go there…. 4. Guide was not waiting for the group members, and constantly loosing group some of us because she is always in rush, if someone went to rest room, as she said: follow me latter… 5. ATTENTION - during the way back to DaNang, she said: Tour do not include tips for guide and driver, but this is mandatory, so PREPARE 3$ per person. But no any information in tour description, when you make booking. But you can avoid this scam, by telling her that you use only card or as we did - ask her to show where in the tour description written that you going to charge us for another 3$. As the result of our refusing to pay, we passed our hotel by and was last people in the bus. Guide said driver will go to your hotel later 😄 MY ADVICE: if you living anywhere in DaNang download Grab taxi application and go to Bana hills by your self. And skip Lunar Castle.

I completely enjoyed the trip to bana hills. They picked-up from my hotel on time.The tour guide was very informative and helpful throughout the tour. This is a great option to choose if you are unsure how to get to Ba Na Hills. There were lots of photo opportunities, which he helped us to take as well. The cable car ride was a highlight, as well as standing on the Golden Bridge. Make sure to have a go on the Alpine Coaster as well! Memorable trip!

it was excellent. we have reviewed so many tours and end up chose this tour because it has a cheapest price. 1. Tour guide was friendly, communicative and share history about the place and very helpful. 2. with Viator, you don't have to take long queue for ticketing and cable car. all handled by tour guide and it was fast. 3. golden bridge is very crowded in the morning, less crowded in the afternoon. 4. fantasy park is so aesthetic, you could take endless photos here. and alpine coaster is one of my favorite. it is safe and you could see the scenery while playing down the coaster. 5. There are many restaurants at the top of Ba Na, so even though the tour doesn't include food, I can still choose what I like with many choices.. hope above help and enjoy Ba Na! cheers,
