The pickup and drive there was great. The driver is personable and a safe driver. Ran into a glitch for the pickup at the Ba Na Hills location, though it was my fault. We had prearranged at Dropoff that I would send a msg on WhatsApp when I began coming down to the parking lot in the cable car. When I got into the cable car to go back down to the parking area, I sent the msg but apparently I did not have connection and it didn’t go through. Got to the bottom (about a 20 minute ride) and noticed no response from the driver to my msg and tried again but no luck. Stopped at the customer service booth (6:30 pm now) and had the girl call the driver’s number he had me take a photo of at the drop off. She didn’t speak English so had some difficulty but she called him and through use of G-translate told me to go to the entrance and would be there in about 20 minutes. When getting to entrance I decided to look and see if there was any WiFi and the location had a free WiFi so connected and was able to communicate with the driver. All of that to say that if I did it again, I would set a predetermined time to be picked up in case of communication issues. Also as a tip, there is WiFi availability at SunWorld should you need it.

Good tour, good tour guide. The afternoon tour was also a convenient option to check out and climb up the area. They were also very considerate of those who wouldn’t be able to get to the peak.
