Tour pricing needs improvement

We liked hoi an and marble mountain. We gave full tip to tour guide and driver. They were nice and courteous. We have no problems with spending money for our trips. The issue is that the tour price was very high compared to the actual cost and other Vietnam tours we have taken. Grab ( SE Asia version of uber) plus vehicle and all the ticket prices ( hoi an entry, boat, plus marble mountain) is 1,1725,000 ( $70 usd) before the tour guide cost and it was 6 hours. The Viator price was $210. In Ho Chi Minh City, we did Cu Chi private tour in a vip van - 6 hour and it was $50pp or $150.00 usd. We are going to halong bay from Hanoi with transportation, long boat ride and meal is $223.00. Compared to all of our Vietnam tours, this was not a good value. In the future, Viator and operator should lower the price. We were later told that our tour should have included dinner and the guide made a mistake in not offering dinner and we received a $20 refund. The tour operator did execute some service recovery.

Great trip with great guide, well worth the sweat, most awesome sights and experience. Be aware that you are taken to a carving shop and a place that makes silk, did not appreciate or know about this

Tu our guide was a lovely girl. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Transpirt was good and on time. Journey from Danabg is about 30 minutes. Hoi An is a vibrant place to visit. Excellent shops bars and tailors. We had free time to roam at our leisure. The restaurant used was a local, just off a main street and the food was plentiful and tasty. Cheap drinks. Would definitely recommend this trip.
