This is a great day trip from Da Nang. We were picked up at our hotel to start the tour. It was about a 45 minute drive to My Son. Our guide, Patrick was amazing and his English was very good. He has such a fun personality. The history of both locations was fascinating and Patrick did a great job sharing the information with us.
You definitely need comfy shoes as there is a lot of walking over uneven surfaces at both locations.
There are places to buy water and snacks at both locations.

It was a very fun tour. The tour guide spoke very softly which made him a bit hard to hear but he was very knowledgeable. Tons of fun facts not only about the sites we visited but of Vietnam is general. Lunch was good, not mind blowing but very good. There is a lot of driving in this tour but to get to the sites it is what it is. It’s worth the sitting in a car cause the sites are wonderful.

+ For some reason the last section (My Son) was a private tour, that was also a nice bonus
- There was not that much food for lunch (although the soup was good)

The weather was hot, but cloudy. Otherwise the tour might have been disappointing.

I really enjoyed this tour of My Son archaeological site, and also of the Lady Buddha. Guide Henry Le was very informative and knowledgeable. I actually cut my tour short because I have already seen the Marble Mountains, which was the last stop. The guide was accommodating to this request. There is a lot of walking on this tour. I would recommend this tour.

This was a fantastic tour. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and humorous. This was by far the best tour I’ve had in Vietnam.
This was actually two tours in one - so in the morning I went with one group and in the afternoon it was a different group, although same tour guide. It took longer than I expected as a result - got picked up in Da Nang at 7am and dropped off at 6pm.
Like I said, one of the best tours I’ve ever taken. The company, Venus Travels, did a great job.

I had a great experience on this tour ( which is actually 2 tours in 1). Michael led both tours. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the sites we visited, also had a great sense of humour. The views were amazing.

I really recommend taking the tour to My Son and Marbel Mountains. My Son has an interesting history and it is really nice to be able to see all the states of the recovery of the temples as there are some in every stage. Marble mountain was a must, as the statues in the cave are certainly impressive. We also appreciated the guidance we got and the introductory words about vietnamese lifestyle. I missed more detailed explanations, but overall the tour was great and I really recommend it 🥰
