This tour was amazing 😻 specially the tour guide name Dan !!! She was awesome with us, very engaging and knowledgeable about everything related to the tour. Blue mountains are beautiful but Hoi an definitely my favorite one. That ancient city is like to be in a set of an Asian movie, very colorful. It’s feels like you want have a photo in every corner , chanel or the shops. At night they turn on the lights around and jumping into the canoe on the river with your own candle wuaooo it’s magical. I recommend this tour for the professionalism and the beauty involved. One more time Dan the tour guide she is adorable.
Thanks

These are must see places outside of Da Nang and help to explain culture of the area. However, They are very touristy and be prepared for large crowds. That being said we prefer private tours to avoid additional crowds on the buses and rather have the 1:1 conversations with our tour guides. The highlight of the tour was the boat ride at sunset in Hoi An and dinner which our tour guide set up perfectly.

The Marble Hills and Hoi An are a great experience.
Marble Hills suprised us with the beauty. What we were not prepare was the amount of climbing we had to do to reach each of the caves. But the effort was worth it.
The Guide Mr.Minhbwas a native of the place and came with great stories about the history and significance of the place.
Hoi An - the village is so beautiful especially in the night. Great options of restaurants. Don't miss the Lantern boat ride which isbthe highlight.

Great experience! Our tour guide Ms. Ha was amazing! She really taught us about the history of both Marble Mountain and Hoi An as well as Vietnam as a whole. She took a lot of pictures of my partner and I, as well as gave us recommendations for shopping spots and more. Mr. Ling our driver was also super nice! Highly recommend this tour cause she also go at your own pace 😊

Our guide was very punctual, very well informed about the history of Vietnam, most important, very flexible. Traveled with a small group of friends and we all enjoyed the various stops and visits. Highly recommend this activity.

This was a nice tour. Didn’t realize how amazing the Buddha statues are inside the caves at Marble mountain. Lots of stairs to climb to see everything. We had a couple of stops to see/sell marble carvings and silk production. We actually wound up buying a couple of framed embroidery pictures. The work they do is amazing. But there was no high pressure from either shop and we have come to expect it on tours. The boat ride in Hoi A was relaxing and Hoi An is beautiful but noisy with scooter horns and crowded.
Van was our guide. She did a great job of explaining the history and other pertinent information to us. This is a worthwhile tour.

Got to peek into the culture of the Vietnamese at the Marble mountains and explore the beautiful town of Hoi an and experience a lively boat ride at night…overall it was a really nice experience. Our guide Bee was especially friendly and knowledgeable and showed us all the nice places for street food and coffee and cocktails as well.

Of all tour guides we’ve met in many countries, I would rate Dany to the top. Hoi An and Marble Mountain were both very crowded with other tourists but he made possible for us to navigate the crowd and still fully enjoy the experience. He was so kind and patient especially with two children in our group. Great recommendations for the coffee shop and dinner spots in Hoi A. The tour itself is well-paced with a good mixture of sightseeing and meal/break. The only disappointment is the short stop at marble shop before going up to the Marble Mountain. It was completely unnecessary.

This was a great tour. Danny and our driver worked very well together and we were treated like royalty

Nice guide and nice driver.
Sharing a lot and dedicated.
Tour includes stops at 2 uninteresting local shops that is a waste of time... and money.

Prepare for the heat and humidity and bring a shopping bag for the good deals. Strong knees needed for the marble mountain hike.

Relaxing and easy paced . Would be ideal for any age. Hio A was the jewel in the Crown in Vietnam. A must to visit

Tony, our guide, did an excellent job walking us through the charming, busy streets of Hoi An, both in daylight and at night, when the city is aglow with lights and lanterns. He helped make this experience of a lifetime even more special!

Lots to see and learn on this tour. Vinh was very accomodating and knowledgeable. Make sure you take good shoes for the caves.

A fun tour. Started with a coconut boat ride as we had already visited the Marble Mountains. It’s a lot of fun. Then headed into Ho A for a walking tour visiting some of the key historical sites before the obligatory evening boat ride on the river. The city was packed and it felt very touristy but our guide Hoang was great and very insightful on the history of the region and the positive impact of tourism in the area. Also gave us a fabulous tip for dinner - the Hai Cafe.

We loved the trip. Danny was a great guide and host. He was very well informed and thoughtful. And very considerate. The entire trip was well organized and yet there was flexibility. The boat ride was the icing on the cake. Loved it.

Great expérience with a fantastic guide (Chang). Lots of explanation about history and culture. I highly recommand.
Nia_C, Feb 2025
This tour is perfect if you want a full day to see what Marble Mountain and Hoi An has to offer. Chang was our tour guide and she was extremely informative with all of the locations we went to. She had great recommendations for dinner and had enough free time that we would be able to explore. She kept the energy fun and educational which helped myself and family to appreciate all of what the places we visited had to offer. She helped to capture some amazing shots and my family thanked me for booking this fun excursion. The service for this tour went above and beyond.

On holidays, some of the key parts of the advertised tour are not available. We were not advised of this but were still charged the full amount.

My mother, husband, and I were so fortunate to have Chang as our tour guide for Marble Mountains. Her English is top-notch, easily the best of all the tour guides we had while in Viet Nam. We appreciated her friendliness and her willingness to talk about life in Viet Nam, as well as to adjust the tour to cater to our needs. We had already seen much of Hoi An with our larger tour group, and Chang was open to giving us time to eat lunch at a delicious vegetarian restaurant she suggested. We enjoyed the stop at the marble factory, learning about some of the symbolism of the carvings, and Marble Mountain itself was beautiful. The history is rich and Chang held us captivated with the tales about the caves, temples, Buddhist figures / Gods, and the country. The nighttime ride on the sampan boat and making wishes on lanterns was something we will never forget. Thank you for a wonderful tour, Chang!

Excellent and fun, learnt a lot, added side tour was the coconut boats, definitely worth doing. Boat at night was very nice
Our guide Danny was so professional.

We loved this tour led by Chang. She was an excellent guide and made the tour one of our favorites. Marble Mountain was very interesting. Hoi An was a beautiful place, especially at night. We did the coconut boats, too. It was a great tour!

A well planned out private tour with Ms. Sue as our guide. We were picked up from hotel by guide and driver and began our adventure to Marble Mountains, Hoi Anh Market and the boat ride. We were very happy with Ms. Sue as our guide. She provided us with a lot of history of Hoi Anh and Marble Mountain.

Mr Minh showed us Marble mountain and explained the history quite well. The Hoi An city, boat ride and market is surely a place to visit.
Lousy raining weather so carry a rain coat and good grip shoes for marble mountain and hoi an. Rest was all good

I didn't know what to really expect on this tour, and for that reason I want to share some of the details that I experienced during the tour. We went by car towards the mountain, first stopping off at a marble manufacturing plant. This place had some fabulous pieces ranging in price from $2,000 - $5,000 fully shipped and insured, so come prepared if interested. There were also some less expensive figures and jewelry that one could purchase. We left the plant and went to the actual mountain site. This was a a great experience in seeing and experiences centuries of development and worship of Budha and the Hinduism faith. There was an elevator up to approximately 3 stories, and then you have to walk steps to gain further entrance to the mountain...well worth climb, but this proved to be an arduous climb, and I don't recommend it for those with limited mobility. We left the mountain after seeing some magnificient Budhas in different parts of the mountain, and went to Old Town, which is a lovely tourist section with limited access to the numerous motor bikes across Hoi An. We walked, shopped and snacked on the local food. During our walk we saw an example of a meeting center, a Japanese built bridge, as well as the inside of a traditional multi-family house. As a student of architecture, I fully enjoyed this part of the tour. We left out the outdoor market due to time, but did go on the boat ride which was peaceful and beautiful with an array of colors from the lighted lanterns in each of the wooden boats. Very beautiful! The major downside was that our tour guide had a working knowledge of English, but I know we would have learned even more it he had been more talkative, and with a better grasp of some English terms.
