Excellent tour and knowledgable guide who kept us entertained the whole trip. Food was great and the service in the restaurant was excellent. Definitely recommend this trip to anyone interested in stargazing.

Too much theory, not enough magic

Activity “sunset and discovery of the stars at Teide” in halftone. The site is absolutely beautiful, the sunset splendid, and the place deserves a visit. However, several elements spoiled the experience a bit. We had booked for a departure at 5pm, but the day before we received a message shifting the time to 6pm, without explanation. At 6:15, there's still no bus. Fortunately, another vehicle stopped to pick up a couple and allowed us to get on board. a big thank you to Pablo for his responsiveness. The meal was simple but good, quickly shipped so as not to miss sunset. On site, the view was breathtaking, although the photos were of course... paid. The guide of this part was friendly, funny, and set a good Mood. The last part, stargazing, was less successful. The guide Jean-Marc spoke almost all evening in Italian, which left very little room for explanations in French. his explanations very theoretical, and many participants quickly lost interest. It was a pity, because the place was more contemplative. Personally, I would have preferred a deckchair, a little soft music, and just enjoy the sky in silence. An activity with enormous potential, but which would benefit from being better balanced between scientific content and pleasure of the moment.

Sens doute un des meilleurs endroit au monde pour observer les étoiles, le guide des étoiles qui parle français était tout simplement un passionné… un grand merci à lui ! Malheureusement le guide au début du voyage ne parlais pas français et nous n’avons donc rien compris : ou on allait , ce que nous allions voir , se que nous allions manger …. D’ailleurs le restaurant dans lequel nous avons manger n’est pas du tout à recommander !

Después de disfrutar de una observación de estrellas fantástica, usted todavía no está satisfecha porque piensa que solo vamos a hablar en francés. Hay también otra gente que no entienden francés. Hay que respetar otros con idiomas diferentes. Es una lástima ser así porque el mundo y el universo es para todos. Los guías hablan 5 idiomas y usted todavía no está satisfecha. Lo único hay que hacer es preguntar si no hay entendido alguna cosa. Una reseña triste y no justa.
