Discover the Toe Head clifftop area on West Cork’s Wild Atlantic Way on a small-group guided hike. The remote headland is one of the lesser-known stretches on the popular tourist route, and is peppered with tucked-away rock pools, wildlife, and dramatic coastal vistas. On an easy route that covers just over 4 miles (7 km), you’ll discover the sights, stop for photos, and hear folklore from a local guide.

This experience was amazing! Conor was so great and informative and answered all of our questions throughout the hike. There were so many gorgeous views and we really appreciated all of the history he provided about the different places we stopped. One of the most amazing hikes I have been on. If you are looking for a stunning landscape, no other people in sight, fantastic storytelling and a relaxing time in nature, this is the hike for you. From beginning to end, Conor does a wonderful job of taking you on an adventure through his homeland that will hit all of your senses - yes there is even a tasty treat at the end. The views were truly breathtaking and there is even time and space for some still moments, where you can stop and take it all in. I traveled from Cork city just to do this hike and it was worth every penny! Highly recommend.

The Tuatha Head Clifftop Hike was one of the most beautiful hikes I’ve ever taken! Conor was a spectacular guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history, language, folklore, & landscape. He made sure we knew where to meet and finished the hike on a beach with captivating tales of Irish history & hot tea & homemade cookies! He even followed up with links to things we discussed! I would take this tour again! It was so fun & one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen! 🤩🙏💛
