Oliver our guide was the best, from the minute he picked us till he dropped us off we had a great time.

Marisol and Barry did a fantastic job in making our Cork tour a very memorable day. From arriving on early, being welcoming, outgoing and energetic to very knowledgeable in her information. She gave great suggestions on what we should do and go. Welcomed questions and was wonderful to everyone in our party. Barry was genuine in his information about his country and we appreciated his input in making our day a great one.

What an amazing experience with probably one of the best guides out there, Oliver! Very informative and fun! The tour of the fort was wonderful as was seeing the town of Kinsale a must! Lot’s of fun!

Our tour was enhanced because of the expertise and storehouse of information that our tour guide, Brian Griffin, shared with us along the way.
We especially enjoyed the tasting experience and tour at Jamison distillery. We also thoroughly enjoyed the explanation of glassmaking and the Show case, display, and reception area at Waterford.

Our original assigned driver canceled at the last minute so we were sent a replacement. He was on time and very nice. Since it was a private tour he suggested alterations to the schedule we all agreed on a new plan. He was very accommodating. Only bad comment, he was more a chauffeur than tour guide. He answered all our questions but we did not learn much about the sites and Ireland ( except what we specifically asked). We attributed this to the fact that he was not prepared to take us touring that day. All in all it was a great day and we appreciated him.

The fort was just lovely. Aiden was an excellent tour guide and I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the day. He took us to the 911 memorial when we had some extra time. His recommendation for lunch was excellent. His communication and timing were perfect!

The driver recommended a great farm to table restaurant, took us for a short shopping trip in Kinsale, but booked the distillery tour too late in the day for us to be able to go. We were on a cruise ship with a time schedule. It was not worth the &1100.00+ we paid for the 4 of us.

This is Pilar from Top Private Tours. We are surprised with your comments and we had a talked with your driver/ tour guide ( Bertie), who explained: your tour started a bit late due to delay on your docking cruise line, around 30/40 minutes late but you could visit Charles Fort ( one of the most impressive fortresses in Ireland), Cork city and English Market, but you couldn´t visit St. Fin´s Cathedral which admissions are included on this tour and we are fully refund though the platform where you had make your reservation.
Regarding the visit to the Distillery, it seems that there has been a misunderstanding between you and Jameson´s reception because you have indicated that your boarding time was for 17:00 PM when in your reservation you have specified that it was at 18:00 PM, so the time of the reservation was not wrong if the boarding time was at 18:00 PM as indicated, even do Jameson offer you a tasting of their great whisky and show you around.
Finally, I would like to add that between 2023 and this 2024 we have helped around 60/70 passengers to enjoy their dream tour in the city of Cork and our rating is wonderful, we regret that you did not like it on this occasion, we appreciate your comments but I suggest you next time let us know your cruise is delay and we will try do all the times arrangements for you.

Oliver, our driver snd guide was awesome! He asked us where we wanted to go and we told him it was his choice and he did a fabulous job. The only thing we were confused about was at Charles Fort which he thought was included but wasn’t so we just paid the admission fee but then they didn’t even give us a “guided” tour. Don’t bother with that if you’re there! The 9/11 memorial brought tears to our eyes and the Coleman cathedral was amazing along that dock area (we happened to be docked at the industrial dock). The Jameson tour was excellent but we were a little pressed for time because of the wasted time spent at Charles Fort. Other than the minor glitches it was a perfect day with an absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable driver/guide.
