Paddywagon tours were a no show we were not informed and many of us were left hanging around for an hour.Some people had an email eventually but not us.Obviously we require a refund.

paddywagon tours never showed up; left us standing on a corner in Cobh. it was irresponsible and unprofessional by Paddywagon and Viator. i expect immediate refund of all money paid for this tour at current exchange rates in US Dollars

No show!

Waited 3/4 hour but no rep at meeting point, no message and no coach.. Someone else waiting phoned Viator and was told the trip was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. Would have expected a rep to turn up to explain or at least a text message. First time we've had a problem with Viator so hope our next two bookings go more smoothly!
