    A fabulous day exploring Northern Thailand

    The tour itself and our driver and guide were excellent. Each stop was interesting and different. The time allotted at each stop was just right and Yok, our guide always had interesting information to share about each location. I highly recommend this tour to any one visiting Chiang Rai. Note: We did experience an issue with Viator. The night before our tour I still was not able to get the pick up time from the Viator app so I contacted a Viator representative on the app via Whats App . On the App I had a confirmed pick up at Lee Hu Cafe. However, the Viator rep told me that the pick up location was outside the area allowed and that we had to pick another. He provided many different alternatives so I picked the one closest to our lodging. Then he told me that the one I selected was also outside the pick up area even though it was one that he provided. Finally he said he would contact the tour company and have them contact me. When I didn't hear back, I contacted the company directly and was told that the Lee Hu pick up was fine and they gave me a pick up time. The Viator rep was ill informed and caused unnecessary stress. Reps need to be better informed and more helpful Viator's handling of the [re tour communication took away from what should have been a positive start to our excellent tour.
