    • This is a private cooking class for 2–4 participants only
    • This activity is recommended for participants aged 6 years and above. Children must be accompanied and closely supervised by an adult at all times due to the use of knives and hot stoves.
    • Children or companions who do not join the cooking activity are charged THB 750 per person, payable on site.
    • Menu: Sa-pee-tong is included as the first course. Then choose 1 dish from each remaining course.
    • First Course: Sa-pee-tong, a spicy Akha dip served with vegetables.
    • Stir-fried dishes: Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Pad Gra Pow, Pineapple Fried Rice
    • Appetizers & Soups: Spring Rolls, Som Tam (papaya salad), Tom Ka Gai, Tom Yum Goong
    • Curries: Green Curry, Panang Curry, Massaman Curry, Khao Soi Gai
    • Desserts: Mango Sticky Rice, Pumpkin in Coconut Milk, Bua Loy
    • Please inform the operator of any food allergies, dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free), or specific ingredients you cannot consume at least 24–48 hours before the class starts. The menu may be customized where possible to accommodate your needs.
    • A guided local market visit is included. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
    • The guided market visit operates in light rain. In case of heavy rain, the itinerary may be slightly adjusted for your comfort and safety.
    • If booking details, such as the child’s age or number of guests, are incorrect, additional charges may apply on site.
    • In rare cases where the activity is cancelled by the operator, you will be notified in advance and offered a new date, an alternative activity, or a full refund.
