In the week prior to our tour the tour company was not responsive to our several emails. ...We actually loved the Blue City and are very glad we went. It is like a calm oasis. Our accomodations were wonderful . We were disappointed that the expected 4 hour city tour was only 2 hours and the city guide was not otherwise available to us. Our driver was exceptional; kind, engaged and careful. And' it is a long drive from Casablanca to Chefchouan .

hello Nona, hope you're well. thank you for your feedback. we have answered for all your email except one email it says that you want to stay two nights in one hotel instead to stay in different hotel somehow we didn't notify it and it was too late because we already booked the hotels. for the 2 hours instead of 4 hours city tour. the tour guide is not included in Chefchaouen. we offered you a half day city tour for free. we also offered you a city tour in the evening for free and you said no. you asked for going to visit Tetouan and drive from different way which took our driver 8 hours instead of 5 to get back to Casablanca and we accept that for free. also you asked how to book a transfer from your accommodation to the airport and we Said we can do it for you for free. just to let you know the total for all these free service. the guide in Chefchaouen 40$ the Extra service to Tetouan and back from different way 120$ the transfer from Casablanca to the airport at 05h00 am 4 people 80$. -the driver more than 12 years experience and excellent speaking English. -the car is quite new it's only 3 months old. I'm just wondering! what we had to do to make you feel satisfied 100% about our services?!
