Great Night Tour

Rafik is an extremely personable young man who wants to show you the off the beaten tracks parts of Casablanca...so great to be able to head out at night in a safe manner and take it all in. He is amicable to going to whenever you might be interested, even if it deviates from his set route.

Great guide Rafikselkti, very informative and great explanation of the sites we visited. The food part of the tour was more than I expected, we stoped for snails that also came with a large cup of broth. We then went to a street food stand for oysters and a dish that had eggs,shrimp & snails with cheese this also came with bread and a warm sweet tea.

Tour with a local. Rafik a lovely friendly young man with perfect English, picked us up at our hotel and off we went on a tour like no other. First stop the Hassan II Mosque up close at night, then a walk around the lighthouse where we could see the mosque across the water, beautiful vista at night. All the locals line there chairs and look out over the water. There we indulged in some cooked snails in a delicious broth. Next a night drive through the streets of Casablanca including the modern architecture of the financial district. Our last stop a busy back street open air dining experience with propane lighting you would never find on your own. We shared a table with the local police and enjoyed a dish of muscles, shrimps and egg along with cheese and bread. Ending with freshly shucked oysters. A great local experience for our last night in Casablanca.

Was great we went in the middle of the old Medina in Casablanca, had a great authentic fish dish they call Mqila. Besides that a night drive at Casablanca I highly recommend it.
