We had a great time in Marrakesh. Our guide was very knowledgeable and great. The only issue was the transportation. Although the driver was good he drove 20km below speed limit. Our drive could have been an hour shorter 😩😩

This was an excellent tour of a truly amazing historical city. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained the history and significance of the sites in a very engaging way. The driver was also very nice and professional, ensuring a smooth and comfortable trip throughout the day. It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice and easy 2 hour drive to and from Marachesh from Casablanca.
The Marachesh guide throughout the souk walk was great. It's a very, very large souk so, probably, best to tell the guide in advance how long a walk you want in advance, eg 3 hrs or 4.
Nice choice for a late lunch.

Started out rough because they would not pick me up from my hotel even though it was only 2 min from the unmarked meeting point of their choice. This caused a lot of stress and I spent unnecessary time and money on taxis to find the meeting spot. I hope they change it for the sake of other tourists and better experience for all involved.
The driver, mr. Minhaj was wonderful. He didn't have a problem dropping me off at the hotel after the tour. He said he would have picked me up too if he knew about the hassle. The driver was comfortable and the van had AC.
The guide, Mr. Houssine, was knowledgable and also very accommodating. Hebmade sure we saw major points on the itinerary.
I only wished the tour involved less of a market time and more sight seeing.
Ladies, no need to wear long sleeves, or cover your shoulders or knees. Maraketch is like any other place in the world that I visited. Make sure you dress and keep cool because it is hot there.
The highlight of the trip was the camel ride for me. One suggestion there too, you will ride along the rode, so a more attractive route for the camel ride would be better.
Overall an ok experience.

Wonderful and beautiful adventure! I would definitely recommend a private tour versus a group tour. Our driver did not speak English, however, he used a translation App and called his colleagues to ensure comfortable communication. Our Tour Guide in Marrakesh was extremely knowledgeable and fun. More time shopping in the souks and medinas would have been optimal. And, the camel ride was epic!

This company is amazing, they pick us up at the hotel and we had awesome driver with very good knowledge and great personality, time flies very quickly. They have their own camels before Marrakech and we had a fun ride camels.

I do not recommend Premium Transport. The reason being, we did not make all the stops in the listed itinerary. We had a group tour and the other parties in our tour also noticed. Basically, we did not get what we paid for. We spent a significant amount of this at the souk. It felt like our tour guide was trying to give business to his preferred vendors. The company may not know about this practice but they should have a way to monitor that tour guides are sticking to the itinerary. On a different tour, we also had to remind the tour guide about the boat ride that was listed in the itinerary. That shouldn’t be the tourist’s responsibility.

Our day trip to Marrakech was memorable, and we especially appreciated Youssef, our driver. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. The highlight of the day was definitely the camel ride—it was a unique and unforgettable experience that stood out during our time in Morocco.
However, the rest of the tour felt very rushed and overly touristy. The guide moved quickly through crowded areas without checking in, making it difficult to keep up or enjoy the surroundings. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any time for independent shopping, which was disappointing. We also stopped at two shops where it seemed clear the guide had a connection, and the prices felt inflated compared to elsewhere—we couldn’t help but feel a bit taken advantage of.
Looking back, we would’ve preferred to enjoy the camel ride and spend the day exploring the market at our own pace.

Marrakech is quite a long way from Casablanca so it made for a very long day but worth it. We stopped to ride camels—something I had always wanted to do. We had lunch in Marrakech and spent a lot of time shopping in the bazaars.
Our guide made sure we got back to our cruise ship on time.

Long day, but good overall. Not a ton of time in Marrakech, and zero free time to roam or shop. Be prepared to ask to stop if there is a store you like. Be prepared to walk fast. Need more time to actually see the city, as expected

After ensuring all the repeated confirmation instructions were carried out (clicking links on emails that connected to numbers for Whatsap, so be sure to have internet connection & charged mobile), viator who act as broker, pass the booking to the company in charge of the Tour. The company we were connected to for this Tour was Premium and despite some misunderstandings with the viator "repeated" confirmation process, Premium couldn't have been better at gaving myself and my teenage son a 10/10 historical day tour around Marrakesh with Camel ride (be careful if you're a single mother as the camel guide spotted no wedding ring and thought he had a chance of "adding" to his hireem which was funny at first, but as he continued, it kinda spoilt my enjoyment of the camels, especially as he then hounded me for a Tip making me feel extra vulnerable. I couldn't wait to get myself and my son back to our Driver for safety. As to the camal ride, this was a fabulous experience and we now have extra respect for such majestic animals. There was no spitting at all, the camels are such calm, beautiful creatures. Our Driver and Tour guide with Premium were outstanding in both safety, knowledge, English language, with total care and respect. As I had booked a Group Tour with Camel ride because of me being a lone female parent in a Muslim country, as no other members of the Group booking confirmed, we were given the Private Tour to include Lunch. I would thoroughly recommend this. Premium Tours via viator get 100/100 from me and my son.

Driver Reda was really nice, he picked me up at my hotel in time and took us to Marrakesh safely doing some minor explanation of things we saw on the way, when we arrived to Marrakesh we met our guide Youssef who was absolutely wonderful, he spoke really good English (and Spanish) which made it so much easier to follow the tour, he tools us a bunch of places and gave us a bunch a great recommendations, really good tour.

Had an excellent day in this small group tour. The experience of riding a camel was out of this world. I really enjoyed it. At Marrakesh we met our guide Rabdel who was friendly and knowledgeable. We visited the main attractions of the city including the palace, the main square, key buildings and the Medina. We had a traditional delicious lunch at a local restaurant. We had a great trip from Casablanca to Marrakech. We did a private tour & from the pick up which was on time to the end everything was smooth. Our driver Youssef was really great & very friendly & patient. He was knowledgeable about the history of Morocco & spoke English very well. He took care of us &upon reaching Marrakech he drove us around a little bit to show the city & then to camel ride before dropping us to our local tour guide for the day. All in all the trip went well & we had a great time. We requested Youssef again for our another trip to Fez as he was really great!

We were blessed with a driver named Yousef. he was great very anxious to please and was a very safe driver. Upon arrival we went to the Palace a very beautiful place to see. Then on to the market where we had lunch that was very good. And afterwards to sse the market. The market was very interesting with snake charmers and every variety of anything. But the tour of the market moved very fast. And at the end we were givin time to make purchases in a small area. But we found everything we wanted. ANd yes I wouldvery much do it again

The Palace of Bahia was beautiful and I would recommend you go there instead of the tombs. There was a long walk through the market. We were exhausted. Would’ve been nice to stop along the way even though he said it was a bit of a tourist trap. I didn’t think it was much different than the place we did stop. We stopped at place to shop for 45 mins but it was a true maze and a few people got lost. I would recommend a different spot to shop. The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. Took a woman during lunch to go see the secret garden even though it wasn’t on our itinerary. I did not go to the camel ride and got off with my luggage. The guide helped me find a tuktuk to get to my lodging. The drive to Marrakech was nice. The driver pleasant and let us be to ourselves that early in the morning. Stopped at a really nice pit stop gas station/cafe. Very clean and nice place to buy snacks. They had no issue with me bringing my luggage so I could stay in Marrakech.

Wonderful experience getting to see Marrakesh! I was picked up promptly on time by the wonderful driver, Yousef. He was enthusiastic and made sure that we were comfortable at all times. Once we got to Marrakesh, we saw the markets, mosque, palace, and Medina. Our guide, Abdullah, was very patient and knowledgeable and made the experience a great one. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to see Marrakesh but doesn’t have a ton of time.

Reda, the van driver was a smooth operator. Along the way, he was giving us history of the city and got us there on time.
Our first stop was the camel ride. Those camels were too cute. The name of my camel is Pablo. He walked and glided like a limousine. Ibrahim and Emad dressed us to look like real desert nomads. They assisted us climbing up and down the camels. We enjoyed that part of the tour.
When we got to the city, Abdul, our guide met us and we started our tour. He is very knowledgeable. He knows every minute detail. He managed to answer all questions. The lunch at the Dar Touareg Terrasse was very tasty. We got to try chicken cooked with a tagine. The stroll in the old Medina was very interesting and informative.
Finally, in the early part of the evening we finished our tour and Reda drove us back to our hotels.
Ours was a small group but with this tour, I gained more friends. I am hopeful I will travel with them again in the future.

We were staying in Casablanca in August 2023. We booked the Marrakech Day Trip with a total of 6 adults. It was 115 degrees. The van provided had a problem with the air conditioning right away; the driver thought it would be better once we were on the highway. It did not get better. The camel ride was fun but no relief from the heat. In Marrakech, our guide was excellent but after spending the trip there in the heat we ended up choosing to skip part of the tour. The driver took the van for service while we toured and had lunch. They could not fix the problem and we had a very long, hot drive back to Casablanca. Would not book this again! No alternative transportation was offered. We were miserable -- took all of the fun out of our adventure. And it was dangerous -- several members of our party suffer from high blood pressure and lukewarm drinking water provided no relief.

Wow!! What a wonderful experience. Abdul was a wealth of knowledge. He knew all of the right places to go in the souks, and gave us a great feel for Moroccan (especially Berber) culture. Seeing the workshops was a highlight and offered great souvenir opportunities. Abdul also was great to my 10-year old on the tour, keeping him interested throughout the day. I highly recommend this tour and think it would have been very difficult to do without a guide.

Our tour to Marrakech had to be cut short as the 15 passenger van from Premium Transfers and Tours for the six of us had no cold air conditioning with only one small window to open. With it being over 110 Degrees F, (46 degrees C) that day, our group was miserable. It was a hot ride there, and we only got some relief when outside the van.
Although we had a good time with the camel rides, visiting the Bahia Palace and a good lunch at a local restaurant, we were too exhausted from the hot ride to visit the famed market.
The driver did what he could at a repair shop in Marrakech while we had lunch, but nothing could fix the problem. The driver knew the AC was not fully operational when he picked us up in the morning. He hoped it would get better once on the highway, but it did not. We had expected Premier Tours to bring another van while we toured, but they did not.
We returned to Casablanca in the same hot van. Although we did get a call from the manager on the ride back, all he could say was that we were lucky we went to on the tour as it rained in Casablanca when we left. He was dismissive of our situation and not very helpful.
We believe the company needed to check the systems before picking up clients, or at least made arrangements for another ride back to Casablanca.
While the tour was appropriately structured to cover the Marrakech highlights, we do not recommend it if Premier Transfers and Tours is assigned.

We are very sorry if the A/C in the van wasnt up to it as it couldn't help with the overheat that was during that day in Marrakech and all along the way, we did all the best we could so we can make it up for you but nothing had worked out good in that matter.
However, all our car fleet been controlled for the A/C functionning, and they are all in good conditions, it was just the matter of the overheat that was on that day of your travel.
We are very sorry again, and we hope to see you on another experience with us, we will make it up for you.
