It was so lovely seeing the sunrise from our little boat. Breakfast on board was really delicious. Fun to see how the trading happens. A little sad these markets are dying out so would recommend visiting while they are still operational.
The biggest treat of this tour was my guide Clara. She gave such amazing insight to the lives of the people in this area. She was incredibly open about her own experiences growing up here and honestly, if the tour was just having a coffee and chat with her, I would do it all over again!

Sunny was our guide. He was great. The market was a fun experience. The coffee and breakfast on the boat was very tasty. Being able to be immersed in the local trade was enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone.

This was a great tour and I think we got extra lucky with Sophia as our guide. She was informative, pleasant and fun ( with a little teasing streak that she used on us a few times to everyone’s pleasure). She was always trying to make it the best tour possible and did not rush any part of the day. We started promptly at 5:30 AM and did not get back to the dock until just before 1:00 PM but our group of 5 was engaged the whole time because of Sophia’s energy and good nature. I am sure that there are other good guides but if you can get Sophia you can’t go wrong

I did the Cai rang and noodles + cacao farm tour with Thuy. She was an amazing tour guide - very passionate and knowledgeable. I really liked that because the weather was nice and we had some extra time, she took us to an extra stop which was a beautiful plant nursery. My favorite part of the trip was when we stopped for tea and fruits on the “pineapple” houseboat. Great experience overall!

Sunny catered a unique experience sharing his personal experience and expertise about life in Can Tho and Vietnam. We got to see many different locations and places I would not have gone traveling solo. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Excellent value for the tour. The tour was really great and I enjoyed it a lot. Besides the normal route, we also took a long ride through the non-touristic canal, where we could enjoy the views all by ourselves.
Our guide Sunny is an adorable person with lots of positive energy and I learned a lot from him regarding nature, local life, rice noodle and chocolate production. Besides that, the local fruits he offered during the tour were so yummy.
I can truly recommend this tour.
And as it was so awesome, I've also booked the tour to the Lung Ngoc Hoang birds sanctuary the next day with him, which I can definitely also recommend. We were the only tourists there and it was really an amazing and peaceful tour through nature.
