I turned up to location no one there spoke to other vendors there who informed me it doesn’t exist. Warning do not buy!! I got this for my Girlfriends birthday and ruined the day as she was super excited about the tour and we had to buy from a vendor there from a different company that were super helpful i recommend not booking online and turn up on the day and go to one of the student tours.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. The self-guided tour is available to listen to when it would be most convenient for you, once you download it onto your smartphone, and can be accessed in the future without an expiry date. Since it’s a self-guided tour, there isn’t an in-person guide on site. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us!
