Fun and informative tour about Cambridge’s history, with a ghost/death theme, taking about famous people who lived (and died) in Cambridge, and Cambridge’s most famous ghosts. I learned a lot of interesting facts about the city’s history. Family-friendly.
Lovely ghost tour with a very knowledgeable guide Peter. He was funny and engaging. We learned a lot about Cambridge in a very entertaining way. Even our teenagers enjoyed it, which is rare!

Good solid tour. Covers a lot of the key sites and colleges but with a spooky flare. We brought our older children and there were other families with kids too. Best of both - tour of Cambridge with spooky stories

Interesting tour. Our guide was Alex, who had lots of local knowledge and enthusiasm for local history and stories. It was a great way to see Cambridge and learn more about some of their paranormal stories.

Our guide James was great, very interesting walk, fun and relaxed talk, not like you're in a history lesson, more like you're walki6round the city with a mate who knows a lot of interfaces about it.
We also did a histtour the next day, with Peter. That was also very good. While the places you visit do cross over its stoll worth doing as the things you find out are largely different.

Joining as a solo traveler gave me some difficulties, because you can only book after others have already booked. Though understandable (they want to make sure there are enough people joining to make it worth their while), this was a bit frustrating too.
The tour itself was very much fun. Our guide Cid was friendly, enthousiastic and knowledgeable. After learning Cambridge has a ghost on practically every street corner, it was also 'fun' walking back to the hotel in the dark alone;).

My 10 yo son and I really enjoyed this tour. We walked around and saw many things that you wouldn’t see otherwise. Out tour guide Peter told us a lot of ghost stories and trivia about the town, he showed us details that you wouldn’t notice just walking around. I would really recommend this tour to families with young children. Peter was friendly and engaging and asked Jack a lot of questions about history and literature, and my son was really proud to be able to answer many of them!

Me and my daughter went on the creepy Cambridge tour yesterday evening, however, unfortunately the original tour guide was off sick last minute. This is where Alex very kindly stepped in to take the tour, while still wearing his uniform from his punting job.
Alex really made the tour come to life, showing us the all creepy parts of Cambridge that we never knew existed. He was able to go into depth about all the history behind the ghostly sighting and was more than happy to answer any of our questions.
It was a really enjoyable evening, especially as Alex had to step in last minute. Well done!!

A beautifully curated tour of interesting sites of the city. I was in admiration of how Ben shared the stories as if telling them for the first time. They didn’t feel old or over over performed. I came away feeling I had a real insight of the city of Cambridge and connected with some of the spooky history here!
