A brilliant experience. Our tour guide Max was excellent, sharing really interesting facts about the colleges and well known people associated with the colleges. Also gave great insight into the history of the colleges we passed on the tour.

Easy enough to book, plenty reminders through the app of booking, upcoming payment, etc.
On day of activity, we arrived at least 15 minutes early to our 3:30pm booking. Were told to wait against the pub railings then were completely forgotten about. No eye contact or actual checking of our tickets from the boy manning the desk. Would’ve been left behind if we didn’t say excuse me and get ourselves to the front. If we didn’t say anything, we would’ve been pushed to another time which I think another couple had to do, and missed our next bookings in the day. Poor organisation.
Actual punting and the boy providing some facts was great and very nice.

Didn’t get to experience Punting booked through Viator because this is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s this entire season!! After spending $127.55 on the train to get us both here, we were shocked it was no operational!!!

There are a fair number of tours available like this. This company doesn’t rent boats for punting yourself. That said, I would recommend this group especially if you want a leisurely trip. It was a little over an hour, and we were paired with a nice family of ten. Adam, our punter, had a lot of history at hand, and did a great job describing the history of buildings and bridges we saw.

Easy to book on Viator and the gondola was really good, had a table which most don’t and also supplied umbrella.
Took my 7 month son on which I did not have to pay for.

Arundel hotel house was perfectly close to the punting activity. We didn’t realize that if you book through Expedia you pay a fee for a car 18 pounds. But great restaurant, good free breakfast. Rooms were nice.

Lovely & informative trip down the river seeing the sights of Cambridge. The boat was nicely decorated with a table, flowers, a blanket & umbrella if needed. Matt our guide was super too.

Beautiful! I’m so glad we did this and chose the company we did. Their pricing was fair, the tour guide, John, was fantastic, and my group enjoyed ourselves immensely. It is a unique way to see the city and colleges. The boat is much more comfortable than I had expected. They even accommodated us a little early because we arrived 15 minutes before our time. It was fun to watch first timers trying to punt down the river…but they looked a touch stressed. Glad we let the professionals handle it. Highly recommend.
