Very poor no contact with anyone.
On the end I bought the book which was excellent on the Diddy Doors map and pictures included.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience.
A couple of points we need to learn from. The tour is described as 'Self-guided' and there's no mention that you are being guided by anyone. It's an online tour where you create an account and use our website to find and learn about all the doors. We'll try to make this clearer.

The kids said this was on the top of their favorite things in Cambridge! Super cute and guided us on nice walks through the city! Sometimes the connection to the map was spotty.

Really long distance between them, not walkable to all doors. Not recommended sadly. Did spot one door after downloading a different tour and it looked good

Having fun on this scavenger hunt for Dinky Doors was great. Not only did we get exercise by briskly walking to and fro; my belly hurt from laughing so much. People around us thought we were crazy people snickering and carrying on, I could care less. Have a plan and a route before you set out on the first destination.
