City tour with lunch

We had done this tour several years ago and it was excellent. That’s why we rebooked the same tour in order for us to familiarize ourselves with the city once again. We booked an English tour but seemed to be the only English speaking people on the bus. The result was very poor coverage in English. The guide ‘Sol’ spoke very quickly and she had no time to answer questions in English when we were outside the bus. Her voice was very distorted over the speakers on the bus, I believe because she held the microphone too close. Like we said, we had done this tour a number of years ago. We were taken to a fabulous restaurant where we were treated to a vast array of tender cuts of meat. On this tour we were taken to a different restaurant, however it was similar in that it had a buffet and meat was served at our table. We found the meat was chewy and fatty. The best part of the meal was the ice cream at the end. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with this tour.

We are really sorry to read that the tour wasn´t what you expected. The tour you booked is a regular tour, that means that other passengers are taking the same vehiche. Usually, for regular tours the guides begin their explanation in Spanish and then continue in English. Probably when you did this tour years ago, the group was only with English speakers, so the tour guide explained in only one language. We apologize if it wasn't clear enough.
