A great day of riding beautiful horses through the town and lands of Carlos Keen. The host were friendly and attentive, the horses were well-mannered and trained, and the asado was delicious. The trails were easy and safe, and we were joined by dogs to make the ride extra special. I would highly recommend this to experience a day of typical Argentine-style riding at an easy and family friendly level.

Such a terrific day. We really enjoyed our time with our guide, Marcelo. The horses were terrific too. It was quite muddy after a full day of rain the day before so we kept the ride slow. But it was a gorgeous day and really fun. Pablo had a wonderful lunch waiting for us during our lunch break. Highly recommended. This was great.

A great ride in the country

A 2 hours drive from Buenos Aires to the farm where we had a very memorable ride with Marcello - a true horseman/gaucho! Horses were sound, quiet, and easy to ride. They are clearly well cared for and were outfitted with comfortable (but unusual) saddles. The countryside was beautiful with opportunities to canter and gallop for those interested. Lunch was BBQ Al fresco with red and white wine offered. I highly recommend this excursion and underscore that Marcello was an exceptional host.

Best day riding horses with Pablo!

I had an incredible day riding horses with Pablo! I visited on a weekday, so I was lucky enough to be the only person on the tour. I got personalized attention according to my skill and experience which was amazing. Pablo taught me to trot and cantor which I was hesitant to do at first but got more comfortable as the day progressed. Pablo also pointed out important sites as we rode through the fields and the town so I got a good idea about life in Carlos Keen. It was such a wonderful day and I was sad when it ended, especially because I was finally ready to try galloping. I had already rode in the Andes in Mendoza and while fun, that was a true tourist activity while this was real riding. I can't recommend Pablo and this horseback riding experience enough!

What a wonderful day! Sunny and beautiful. The horses are well taken care of and delightful, the owner/guide amazing. Lots of butterflies and birds. Highly recommend! Driver was excellent and attentive!

I absolutely loved this. Unlike other tours you actually get to spend a good amount of time on a horse. The use a very different type of saddle than I am used to and it was more comfortable than most of the Dalles I have been in. The food was delicious and so was the wine. They really went out of the way to make sure I had a good time.

An expensive and far away excursion but great people

This excursion was pretty expensive but we were hoping that it would be worth it. It was an hour and a half trip to get to the farm, and even longer to get home due to traffic. The ride itself was long and the terrain was all pretty boring. There are two reasons why this was enjoyable - the people and the horses. Every person we met was incredibly nice and so warm. The woman who seems to be the farm owner, our guide, and the man who welcomed us in for a warm lunch. They were all lovely. And the horses were so beautiful and sweet. Overall, this would have been a much better experience had it been less expensive and closer to the city.

Hi Madeline, We respect your point of view, however Buenos Aires is a very large city and actually it takes more than an hour to reach the countryside. The round-trip transport in private door-to-door service, plus 4 hours on horseback and lunch included... unfortunately, it's impossible to offer it at a better price.
