Probably best at night during the holidays due to all of the lights. However the guided tram ride by day was still enjoyable.
Love the Train show. So creative. My friends just loved the whole experience Very interesting to use all plants parts.
Your website detail page does not even say when the purchase was made or what the last four digits of the card are that made the purchase I canceled the purchase and somehow I can't find the cancellation for it I don't like your website and I'm looking for my refund
It was non existent! We arrived at the Bronc Botanical at 3 pm with our family and tickets and we were not permitted in. The Bronx Botanical had accepted a private event and closed the exhibit. We had no notice, our grandchildren had been taken out of school early to come , I had hired an did for my 97 year old live in mother do I could go and my other daughter had left her business early to come and took an expensive uber ride only to find out we couldn’t get in! I can only guess that the communication between the Bronx Botanical Garden and Viator is poor! The website for the Bronx Botanical showed the train exhibit open on December 6 from 10-6pm. We are expecting a full refund for 6 tickets. This was a very unfortunate eand very costly experience.
Amazed with the details engineered into replicas of New York City buildings and landmarks all made from natural materials. The trains were cool and the gardens were beautiful, but the model structures made the day for us.
The train displays were spectacular! It was spread out through different sections to avoid crowding.
