This was very different from any guided hikes we have done. Our guide Ricardo and co-guide Marcelo were wonderful people who clearly enjoy what they do, and they are very appreciative and protective of the natural environment. We patronized small local businesses and they carried out trash left by other visitors! We got to experience unique hidden waterfalls and do (fun,, 15-20 feet) cliff jumps into gorgeous hidden mountain stream pools on private land (Ricardo knows the owner and he helped drive us there). The treks to the waterfalls were through carefully marked and maintained paths but be aware that many steps are a foot in height or a bit more. I am 60+ but was fine but those with bad knees should be cautious. The short hikes were worth it, the jumps were awesome!!! You get life jackets and helmets for safety and Ricardo knows his stuff so I never felt concerned. We also visited a cool suspension bridge and ancient petroglyphs in the area. You also get to see a lot of birds in the area. I would highly recommend for anyone with a sense of fun (safe) adventure off the beaten path around Boquete!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable experience with the BEST guides!
If you're considering booking with Yamir and Jason, stop thinking and just do it. This was, without question, one of the highlights of our entire trip to Panama.
From the moment they picked us up, we knew we were in great hands. They are knowledgeable, professional, funny, passionate about their country, and genuinely love sharing it with others. Throughout the day they taught us about the area's geology, volcanic rock formations, plants, wildlife, history, and local culture. It never felt like a scripted tour—it felt like spending the day with friends who were excited to show us their favorite places.
The waterfalls were absolutely breathtaking. We hiked through beautiful forest, swam in crystal-clear water, jumped from rocks, snorkeled, relaxed in the sunshine, and even enjoyed fresh pineapple beside one of the waterfalls. Every stop somehow managed to be even more beautiful than the last.
What impressed us most was how they encouraged our 11-year-old son. They were patient, kind, and supportive, helping him build the confidence to make his first cliff jump. Seeing the smile on his face afterward became one of our favorite memories from this trip.
The day didn't end there. They took us to a local fonda for an incredible home-cooked Panamanian meal and spent the drive sharing travel tips, stories about Panama, and thoughtful conversations about culture, history, family, and life. Those conversations were just as memorable as the scenery.
We've traveled quite a bit, and great guides can make or break an experience. Yamir and Jason are the kind of guides who elevate it into something you'll remember for years.
Thank you both for sharing your beautiful country with our family. We left with incredible memories, a deeper appreciation for Panama, and a few new friends.

This was an amazing experience! These guides are experienced, knowledgeable, professional and they know all the amazing spots to take you to. We never saw anyone else on our hike or at the waterfalls. They were the best people! It felt like a day trip with friends. They will go out of their way to make your trip amazing in every way. This was my best tour experience in Panama (and maybe ever)! We hiked, swam, climbed a little, dove, catapulted over a waterfall, ate a delicious meal and visited the hot springs. They were also very patient with my teenage girls when they wanted to take a million pictures by the waterfall.

Lovely, energetic and informative tour guides:) we were shown picturesque little spots of Chiriqui and got lots of time to swim and practice all kinds of crazy jumps (if only we were able and courageous enough to do so). They even cut up some fresh fruit which we then devoured in the relaxing sun. The trip was catered to us adding an additional walking session in - highly appreciated. We definitely got our steps, experience and laughs in. Thank you Yamir and Marcelo!

It was exactly what I was looking for. Jungle hiking, waterfalls, swimming, rock climbing, canyoning. Amazing place. Marchalo and Richard were amazing guides. Very friendly and helpful.

We did the canyoning experience with C4jump and it was Fantastic!! Our guides were thorough, great coaches, and so fun! The experience itself was breath taking, thrilling, and provided a lifetime memory ! I would highly recommend this tour!!
