In the footsteps of the Buddha

For anyone interested in the life of the Buddha this tour is a must. The major highlight is Vulture Peak where the Buddha lived for many years and the caves on top of the mountain where he and some of his closest disciples meditated and slept. The ruins of Nalanda Buddhist University and the Bamboo Grove where Buddha spent many rainy seasons are also must sees. Our guide Mr. Biru was excellent; very good driver and comfortable car, easy communication with the tour organizer. Very highly recommended.

+ The trip was very well organized. The driver was punctual. + The driver drove carefully and reliably. + All entrance fees and transportation costs were covered as promised. There were no additional costs. + The restaurant we went to was clean and tidy + The guide knew all the people and procedures at the destination very well. He managed everything very professionally and smoothly. You had the feeling that he knew every move. + Water was provided free of charge. + The tour contained no unpleasant surprises such as store visits with pressure to buy + The guide was very friendly. Both driver and guide were always very courteous. + You felt safe at all times + The guide spoke good english Minus: The Restaurant charged extra fees.
