We booked an evening flight which had to be rearranged because of the weather.Our pilot and the team dealt with this well and we were rebooked on a morning flight a few days later.
The team were friendly and professional and the pilot gave us confidence speaking English whilst the rest of the group were French. The whole process was interesting from inflating the balloon to landing.We loved the views and peaceful way of travelling.

Our flight in the hot air balloon was an experience of a lifetime. Soaring in the sky at over 600 meters, the view of the sunrise was spectacular, to say the least. We loved floating over the beautiful vineyard and all the pickers arriving to do their day of harvest. Our very experienced pilot made us feel so comfortable and safe.

First flight cancelled due to weather, the number to call was only between 9-5. As it was the evening I tried using the Whats app chat in the app. Total waste of time, they wanted me to book another area and hour away as no vacancies at the one we were booked on and pay again then get a refund! Told them no leave it and did manage to get hold of someone on the Sunday morning who was very helpful and arranged the booking for the next day .
Arrived at said time , 6.20pm and no one in sight! Waited and then at 7pm they arrived to pick up passengers. First greeting and welcome speech was in french, no English, rushed to get everyone in to minibus and left. Then realised the speech had told other family members where you can drive to to see the balloon set up and leave so my partner missed that which was a shame. The overall balloon flight and Commentary once they realised I was the only English speaking member was amazing. Friendly crew, fabulous experience, not rushed. Definitely recommend, superb team.

This tour was canceled because of the weather, but there was no attempt to reschedule and the tour company will not respond to any of my emails.

Hello, Terribly sorry that your flight has been canceled due to bad weather. Our pilot could have recheduled you. This can be done either by SMS directly to our pilot or by calling our booking office. However, Viator will refund you upon request.

Fantastic experience! The views were spectacular plus we got to watch the balloon get filled up and then watch it be disassembled. The socializing while drinking champagne after the landing was also fun. We loved it all and highly recommend it!

We went as a family (adults, grandma and a 11 year old and 9 year old) and had a great trip. The crew was very good in explaining all the steps and Rodrigo was a great pilot. Only thing was you need to help unfold and also to fold up and it takes some time. We did the evening tour and didn’t get home until 11pm which was a little later than expected. However a great ride and would highly recommend it

Nous avons bien reçu votre message du lundi 5 mai à 17:03 concernant une demande de remboursement, nous sommes actuellement en train de la traiter.
Je vous rappelle que la section "Avis" est réservée aux personnes ayant effectué le vol, il ne nous paraît très juste de noter 1 étoile une activité à laquelle vous n'avez pas participé. Nous devions partir à 7 en famille en mongolfiere . La veille , le vol a été annulé par le prestataire .
Il est impossible de contacter Viator pour se faire rembourser et l'organisateur veut que nous reprogrammions un autre vol mais nous venions tous de divers endroits de France . Il est donc difficile de reprogrammer .
Le client n'est pas respecté et VIator fait tout pour qu'il soit impossible de les contacter
