    Our pickup area covers hotels along the BTS skytrain routes up to Siam (center), National Stadium (westward), Phrom Pong (eastward), and Saphan Taksin (southward), as well as hotels along the MRT subway routes up to Chinatown (westward) and Sukhumwit (eastward). This also includes accommodations in Khaosan and Rama III, and notable hotels along the Chao Phraya River.

    Beautiful boat ride.

    Seeing the city at night by boat is worth it. Very beautiful. Food on the boat was average. Band was good. Buffet was poorly managed. Everyone comes at one time and lots of crowding and pushing. There are much better ways to control crowds sending people to buffet by table number. No need for a guide. Our guide was no help at all. Take the train to Icon Siam and buy your ticket yourself and save some money. Taking the train will save traffic time. Our guide had us arrive at Icon Siam an hour early. No mention of this in Viator materials.

The cruise buffet and its management are not under our direct control, but we will gladly share your comments with the cruise operator so they can work on improving this matter. Regarding the early arrival, Bangkok traffic during that period is usually very congested, and we want to ensure guests can board the cruise on time. On your travel date, the traffic was lighter than usual, which led to arriving earlier than intended. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused.
