The driver arrived early in a clean and comfortable vehicle and I got to the airport in a reasonable amount of time. The driver was texting and taking calls on his hand held mobile during the trip which I felt was unsafe.

Easy transfer service once I was able to find my name. Very straightforward and the company was communicative throughout the process. My flights were delayed so that what should have been a 7PM arrival turned into a late night arrival and ride to my hotel. It was a great ride and easy process

No hassle transportation

Once the area was located where to wait for transportation, there was a sign with my name listed, easily visible. Simply informed the young ladies in the area that I was ready to be transported by presenting them with my name sign. Pick up arrived in less than 10 minutes. Nice driver, clean car, fast transport, no worries.

Do not use them! We ordered a car for five adults with luggage they intern sent a car but only sat for adults when we said that we wouldn’t fit in there they driver left what back inside they said there was another car coming we waited an hour nothing showed up went back inside and they said oh we can’t help you you need to call the company called the company no one answered emailed the company and they told us if we paid more money they would send a van don’t use them!

The car we were picked up in had no seatbelts, was very messy (personal items all over the vehicle that had to be pushed out of the way to sit), the boot was full of drivers personal items so our large suitcases had to be forced in to the back seat this meant I had to sit in the front without a seat belt.

Didn’t turn up. Requested refund from Viator and they refused. Do not use them, terrible service. Kept on saying 5min away, and didn’t show up.

No one contacted ot emailed time of confirmation for pick and there was no contact number provided. I send numerous messages thru the viator app but no one responded. So I had to request for a refund and took taxi back to aiport

A well run operation but could do with a lesson in using Google Maps

The initial pickup was well organised with one of the team at the pickup point who contacted the driver to come around to the exit door. A photo sent from the pickup point to the driver ensured that I was recognised as soon as I went out the door. On the downside, the driver didn't know the exact location of the hotel so they had to ask for directions from local parking security staff once in the general vicinity. But we got there in the end so all ended well

Terrible experience - driver did not show up

Viator is reliable

My driver “Joker” showed up promptly, in fact, he was a little early which was fine. The car was clean, but not a Mercedes like in his WhatsApp, haha. Joker was very knowledgeable about the best routes to the airport, he took a few side streets and got me there ahead of schedule. He didn’t say a whole lot, English wasn’t his main language, so understandable.

Collection at different terminal, long wait

We chose this service, after previous experiences on landing at DMK airport. Previously we opted for the taxi service from airport, which when busy could be over an hour wait for taxi in long Ques. We booked private service and were promised a driver who would meet us at the terminal and they would track our flight. What we got was confirmation of collection at point 5 (which upon landing we realised was a different terminal we landed at 2). So spent 15mins finding him. And then once driver located he went to collect his car from Terminal 3 (about 30+ mins wait) outside in the heat and chaos of everyone else waiting for pick ups. Although he was friendly, I would not waste your time on this service. Get an airport taxi! Far cheaper and quicker!

Easy to use transfer service- communication from the company was great. Drivers were punctual and safe. Our driver from the airport did get a bit lost on the way to our hotel, so it took a little longer than expected, but overall we were happy with these transfers.

At the designated meet up point we were met by the representative of the service provider and asked us to wait for a couple of minutes as he called the driver of our designated ride to the hotel.
