I had a great experience on this tour of Bengaluru, even though I’ve been to the city a few times I feel like I got to know it better! Sunil was an excellent tour guide, sharing lots of knowledge about each place we visited. I felt very comfortable and safe during the whole time. I would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends!

This tour was absolutely amazing! My tour host Ajith was incredibly professional, informative and interactive. Pancham was the enthusiastic trainee who accompanied us on this truly memorable tour. The tour definitely gave me a first hand insight of the history and culture of India. The experience was phenomenal! Witnessing the intricate artisan craft of silk dyeing, weaving of silk thread into sarees, the flower market and much more. Witnessing the everyday bustle and being a part of it for one day allowed me to appreciate the detailed and dedicated workmanship of the craftsmen. Ajith and Pancham displayed the passion of being tour hosts on an extremely high level. I highly recommend them for any tour while you're in Bangalore. They will ensure your safety while allowing you to immerse yourself into Bangalore's history, art and beauty. Amazing experiences through the eyes of a ‘local’. Got to see the city from a local perspective, with highlights being the flower market and silk factories. Ate delicious traditional food and were given a couple of souvenirs to take home. Thank you Gladys.

Midhu was the best! She was very personable and approachable. She had a wealth of knowledge about the city's history, culture and the Hindu religion and was eager to share it with us. She was also more than happy to respond to all of our questions and, since we were alone on our tour, was able to keep it a bit flexible to meet our needs. The perfect morning in Bengalore for us!

Gladys was great. Besides visiting the market, we also saw the Sultan's Palace, a Hindu temple and the old fort. Her knowledge of all of the sights was outstanding. Then we went to lunch at a local spot where I had the best Dosa on our trip.

Curious and at least slightly adventurous? Then this is your tour for Bangalore. Our guide Pallavi’s wealth of knowledge and breadth of local contacts made for a tour never to be forgotten. We started with a palace tour (we had it to ourselves), then received a blessing at temple. On to literally rubbing shoulders with sellers and buyers in a warren of paths, hallways, stairways, and alleyways of a large wholesale market. After watching saris being made on hand looms from inches away in a small home factory, we found ourselves short on currency to buy one. No worries, as an employee took us on an exhilarating scooter ride through the narrow alleyways to an ATM. A delicious lunch at a truly hidden food joint catering to and available to only the most local of locals capped the tour.

Tipu Sultan’s summer palace, the KR market, and the silk dyeing and weaving units, along with a delicious lunch, were highlights of the day. Had a wonderful time exploring Bengaluru with my tour guide, Ajith, from Unventured. This tour allows you to experience parts of Bengaluru not typically visited by tourists, but you’ll also get to visit some better known landmarks as well. Well worth half your day to explore Bengaluru by foot and get a good history lesson as well!

Pooja was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. We felt safe in her presence. Pete tour is a good introduction to Bengaluru and its charm. Flower and Fruit Market was memorable. We wished the tour of the silk factory was longer and more educational. It was a quick in and out. Dosa at the local food hall was exceptional although the eating area was sparse. Bring your own water.

I loved the experience as it was well paced and allowed us to take in the places we were visiting. This is not a tour which would be taking you through fancy/well known tourist places. It would be about going to the unexplored and somewhat gritty corners of Bangalore. As Bangalorean this was an experience which was unique.

This was a great tour! I had an amazing tour guide, Aarti, who took me to an authentic Bengaluru market, where I was able to have an experience like no other. We saw many vendors selling beautiful flowers, a shop where silk clothes are made from scratch, and the hustle and bustle of Bengaluru. I even saw some cows walking around! We went by some Hindu temples and I was taken to a special hole-in-the-wall restaurant where I had some delicious dosa! Lastly, I got to see a palace that was home to one of the great Indian war heroes, Tipu Sultan, and learned about his story. Would highly recommend!
