I’m surprised Viator vetted this company as a good company to do business with. The tour guide spoke hardly any English whereas everything Viator tour we’ve been on the tour guide really guided us with sharing the history of everything we drive by. The car was comfortable & well air conditioned. The bird sanctuary & palace were great. There was no forethought on our tour with the Temple because it was a Sunday & a full moon which means the Temple was completely packed. To go inside the temple the line wait time was 3-4 hours. We only drove up to the Temple grounds and were able to walk around the grounds before leaving.

So sorry to hear that. The temple is always packed. On a good day the wait time is 1 hour. We usually buy special tickets for our guest when there is rush to give them VIP entry. If we dot take guest to this temple than they rate us bad. We decided to take them anyway. Pls reconsider this review pls
