When your plane touches down on the runway at Denpasar International Airport, clear customs and collect your luggage then greet your courteous driver in the arrival lounge. Travel to your Bali accommodation in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle and arrive in style.
When booking, simply enter your details, pay in advance and present your driver with your voucher on arrival. Transfers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so it doesn’t matter what time your plane lands.

- Please be informed that during pick up airport our standby time is 2 hours counting start from flight arrival time (based on flight detail), after 2 hours our driver/guide will leave the area unless guest had informed that the guest might delay or taking more time due to particular reason.

- Surcharge for midnight flight transfer 23.00 – 05.59 at USD 3/Person/Way (dept Pick up time is 3 hrs. prior)
- Surcharge for midnight flight transfer 23.00 – 05.59 at 20% to/from Padma Ubud under Ubud Area Price/Person/Way (dept Pick up time is 3 hrs. prior)

They had no record of my booking & there was no shuttle to collect me. Girls at the info desk helped me to contact the company. A representative arrived & finally sorted a shuttle for me.

Our guide met us at the airport with a large, clear sign easy to see despite there being dozens of other drivers. The ride to the hotel was quick and efficient.

The transfer service was excellent and we managed to find our names in the sea of names been held up in the arrival hall. The tour guide provided great tips and commentary along the way. The only downside was the cost of the transfer, we later found out that the hotel would have provided 2 vehicles and cost 85 less.

This worked out great! Difficult to find our guide at first, there were SO many people holding up signs! But as soon as we saw our name, our guide took us straight to the van, and then proceeded to our hotel. He pointed out sights and chatted the whole ride, while a second guy drove the van. Very nice and friendly. No hassle with taxis and rates and converting rupiah to dollars upon our arrival. Highly recommend it!

I couldn't see my name on any signs when I arrived, I had no check-in and was out within minutes of the plane landing so I think my driver may have been late. I had to go to the information bay to get them to call over the PA twice before he found me. Apart from that, it was fine.

It was OK, although we are late for 60 min. due to our late arriving luggage, we found our friendly driver waiting for us outside. However later we learned that the transport fair was way too expensive than the normal (bargained) price....

Our driver, Mansu, waited patiently for over an hour when we were very slow to get through customs. He was very friendly and warned us of things we should be careful to avoid, such as tap water and street food. He gave us his information, should we want to book any more tours with him, but was not pushy. The ride was air conditioned and comfortable and they helped bring our bags into our hotel.
