Let me start with a couple of issues that we had on this tour. First of all the the website was not very clear or it was not stated that it took 90 minutes to get from the port to our first point of interest and then 90 minutes again to come back to the boat. Also, the price for what we saw was too expensive. We enjoyed the monastery, however, visiting the lake and other locations with less desirable as we didn’t have enough time to walk around the town. .Our driver was very, very warm friendly, any negative comments on my part are not directed at him. It’s basically how the tour was arranged the times it took back-and-forth to our ship which was not stated and the price was too much for what we saw.

The excursion aims to introduce you to important points - stations on the northern road axis of Crete, from Heraklion to near Chania. The guide was available to customize the excursion according to your wishes. You could even skip a point if you wanted. Unfortunately, the poor road network of Crete makes distances time-consuming. We hope to be able to satisfy you during your next visit.
