Excellent tour

Our driver and the guide Ashi were excellent. The time to go to Khinalug was long but it must be seen when you are in Baku.

Initially I've booked and paid for a different tour, to Khinalig, but the tour agency contacted me the night before the tour to inform me that they won't do that tour as there were insufficient tourists (again, the tour was paid and confirmed) so they offered me to go to Khinalig another fay or to accept to go instead to Sheki. As I had other plans for the next days, and they haven't offered me back the money, I have accepted the tour to Sheki. They've said that they are providing a discount as this tour would have been more expensive, but upon checking with the other tour participants it was actually cheaper (100 AZN with lunch and tickets included, instead of 77 USD that I have paid). I will continue with the car which although had safety belts, the safety pin was broken and these couldn't be used. The guide was Riad and the places were beautiful, although it was a long ride (but I liked it). The guide was quite annoyed of the fact that I have actually asked questions and for half of the way he resumed talking only with the women in the group (I was the only man). Very unprofessional. The lunch was great, traditional food on the shore of the Nohur lake. In Sheki we saw only the Khan's Palace and the caravansaray, and we didn't visited the Alban church (the guide argued that was excluded from the program months ago, although the owner mentioned it in the morning as part of the tour). Also we didn't visited the bazar in Sheki but a small tourist market.

Thank you for your review . Whatever it is, we welcome it. But let me get back to you. Yes in this tour there was a minimum number of tour participants and that's why we offered you 3 choices. You did not want to cancel the tour with a full refund and chose to go to Sheki, which is more expensive than the tour you booked. And you bought this tour with a very good discount, given that other participants of the tour bought the tour in the office directly from the company, so it seemed to you that you were more expensive. About the tour as a whole, in which participated and children, we can say that it passed without any shortcomings and you guide enough time to pay. It was not an individual tour, so he only talked to you. There are changes in the program of Sheki, and the church you visited which was replaced by another church two or three months ago. Anyway, I apologize if we didn't fulfill your expectations somehow. We do our best to make our tours among the best. Come back again when you have more time to see other beautiful parts of Azerbaijan.

I absolutely loved this tour. Many people on the tour were looking forward to see the Candy Cane Mountain and we really loved it. The village of Khinaliq was very nice too. Our guide Samir was fantastic. He is very knowlegable and very funny. He made sure that journey didn't feel long. Only one remarque is that the trip should leave at 9. We were waiting for other people to come too long. But this is something that happened with other toute as well. It would have been nicer to spend more time at the Candy Cane Mountain and at Khinaliq that are simply gorgeous. I

This trip was the highlight of my excursion in azerbaijan. The trip was well organized and the places that we visited has stunning scenery. The first stop in candy cane mountain was incredibly amazing. The mountain's color was vibrant that it felt like i was in candy land. Then, it was followed by a delectable meal in the lush forest in quba. Spending time in that forest was a natural therapy. Although the road going to khinaliq was rough, bumpy and quite scary, still it was worth it. The scenery was sublime and awe inspiring. Also, it has been an informative tour as the tour guide Murad was kind enough to give all the informations specially about the khinaliq people. I highly recommend this trip as well as the tour company.

Awesome mountains tour

Excellent trip, stunning views in the mountains and our guide, Terlan was brilliant. He delivered the information in English and Russian and also spoke other languages. He was attentive to our needs and most accomodating. The trip was nicely broken up with a few stops and the scenery was incredible. Only downside was the driver picked us up at our hotel but would not drop us off at our hotel or in the city centre as he needed to get home so we all had to get a metro back into town.

Great experience, stunning mountain scapes, bumpy road journey just adds to the experience, and to finish, a simple but delicious meal of dolma, potatoes and buttery pilau with some pickled cabbage and cheese with the villagers truly a memory I'll cherish.

Brought it wrongly because of the fake title saying group or private. There is only one price for this. I mentionned that I wanted it private then. When tour was going to happen the organizer told me at this price it is a group tour! Titles and prices should include both options with the corresponding amount.

If you look carefully, the names and prices include both options.Regarding your booking, we warned you 15 days ago before the tour that the price you had chosen was incorrect and was the price for a group excursion. If you were against it then you should not have booked it a second time. And why did you not write a word about how your tour went? It was wonderful. You should write about it and not confuse other travellers. Thank you for your attention.
