Birgit lives in a rural region in the west of Austria bordered by Switzerland and Lichtenstein, with her two lovely boys. In the summer months (weather permitting) you can opt for a barbeque meal in Birgit’s beautiful garden, where you will grill vegetables, meat on a special grill, outdoors.

Great host, spoke very good english, took the time to share some information about the country, easy and tasty recipes, table set up very professional. Had the pleasure to meet her wonderful and helpful boys, the oldest speaks very good english. The only thing, since menu is small it would have been nice to chose, upon reservation, what we have like to learn to cook. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience and recommend the course.
