Not sure if it was my guide or the tour itself but just a half day to visit Temple of Philae, Nubian village and unfinished obelisk was sufficient. Definitely spend more time in Edfu, Ko-ombo and Abu Simbel temples instead. The tour guide used a dilapidated speedboat instead of the covered boats that most other tours used.

About speed boat this is usually for the tours use motor boat to safe all time to the tour and as you know boat without motor is the Felucca boat and this another experiance
