Not as advertised. Time...

Not as advertised. Time and money I will not get back. The main woman in charge was rude, often talking loudly to staff in areas where guests were supposed to be relaxing. Upon arrival at the spa, there was an “upsell” effort. So, as indicated in the description, there is no choice of massage type unless you purchase an upgraded massage package. Transportation back to hotel was delayed which added frustration to this experience I was eager to be done with. It was 3 1/2 hours door-to-door total.

This was an AMAZING experience. I can’t believe we were lucky enough to have found it. Highly highly recommend it. From being picked up, and saving us the trouble, to the entire day, it was lovely. The outside is deceiving. There was so much for the price. We enjoyed it all. From the suana to the steam room to the salt room. But the actual Turkish hamam was unreal. We had, of course, never had an experience like that before and it was wonderful. Followed by a very good massage, mask and jacuzzi. We could not have had a better morning!!!!
