As soon as we got there the lady on the reception was trying to push us paying extra for additional time
We declined politely
Then the lockers were all broken, we found one with a key and used this one
Then two girls came and did the turkish bath for me and my daughter. They were good and polite ( the only good thing about the place)
Then we were supposed to have 20 minutes massage (paid already) but the reception lady decided to leave us waiting and taking in other clients and serve them before us!
We end up waiting in a corridor for more than an hour and when i went to ask she was pushing us either to wait for the other clients to finish (very unprofessional) or to do massage to me in a room and then my daughter to wait for me to finish and then perform the massage to her🙄
I decided that i don’t want the massage and we to leave but she became aggressive, arrogant and speaking inappropriately not only to is but to the staff as well!!!!
Totally unacceptable behavior!!!!
Instead of feeling relaxed we left with a very negative energy!!!!!
The spa owner must reconsider the choice of employees!!!!! She was horrible!!!!!
I have never left a negative review in my life, but no one deserves to have the experience we nust had with my daughter!!!

Booking was simple, pick up easy enough, it changed and the pick up was slightly early which worked.
Down into the salon which was nice, entering through the hotel.
Explanation given about secure locker, what to wear (towel plus slippers) and into the massage. I decided to upgrade to the 50 minute massage rather than the 20 minute quickie with oils, there was a difference and I was not disappointed there either.
I was given Sabina, a lady which surprised me as I thought there was a split and I would be with a male but no problems at all, she was excellent. Dont clockwatch, was it 5 minutes early? dont think so as I concentrated on the top to toe massage.
From the massage I went into the sauna, grabbed an ice cold water and went into the steam room and then for the coup de grace, the Turkish Bath.
Never had one before and lets just say it was very thorough, I had a scrub massage (obviously not as long as the main one) that really got to grips with any dry skin I reckon. Then the foam massage which was a gentle wash, mind you, it reminded of a car wash back home as there were that many suds! It was exellent.
Then a thorough wash off, top to toe, front and back and then to lie down and relax with some cold water to sip. This whole thing took just over 2 hours btw.
Did I drop off momentarily? think so as I really relaxed.
Back in to reality for the drop off, quick thanks and handshake.
I was not disappointed and would recommend this to anyone wondering (thinking of nipping back this week).

Such great price book direct as a lot cheaper than going through tour rep! Massage was excellent staff were lovely and it's a lovely spa and the Turkish massage was excellent would definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing experience , so relaxing and rejuvenating , the owners & staff are very friendly & welcoming and will certainly be returning before we leave as the hole experience from being picked up from our hotel to being returned was easy , we opted for a longer massage and so glad we did , worth every penny

Enjoyed the hammam experience, the facilities were good and the hotel transfers included were straightforward. The only downside is before the spa they try to upsell further treatments and when you say no they come in during your 10 min massage at the end to try and sell again. Not very relaxing

40 min to get there but the customer service was good.
There was some upselling to take extra treatment at an extra costs. I paid 90 euros more for and was told it would include a full deep body massge and reflexology. The treatment was average at best and and just lasted arrond 20min. I felt ripped off to be honest. I wont booking any massages there agian, if I do ever return to Antalya.
The hammam on the other hand was better but not brilliant. Im sure there will be better out there. But im not too fussed as that wasnt so expensive.

The peeling was short and nice, the foam bath was also quite relaxing. We really liked the massage. Unfortunately, our booking (that was at 10am) was pushed at 8.50am the day of the booking to 9.30 am, and we arrived together with the owner, who then started preparing everything. Furthermore, only 2 of the 6 lounge chairs were working, the other ones being broken. The massage therapists were nice and friendly. 3/5 stars

Excellent experience in the turkish baths
I actually visited the hotel before the baths were constructed and was amazed to see the innovation. Staff were polite and maintained dignity throughout. Great experience both for the bath and massage. Sauna was exemplary

Turkish bath was very run down. Sauna, steam room and salt room were not maintained therefore no benefit for their use. Toilets were blocked and unusable. No slippers, soap or hairdryer for use. Massage was good but oils etc not scented. Overall place felt unclean and old fashioned. Experience lasted 1 hour including pick up and drop off. Would not recommend.

Hi it wasn’t Sam on website, on websit say 2 hours.
But when we went there 1 hours ,max was 1 , 30 min. On site saye baby from 0-3 or 4 it’s free, from age of 4 £ ….. it’s not about money . But on website say something, over their something else. Pleas if you go anywhere for hamam and massage pleas check firs . And try check direct.

On arrival we were greeted and taken to separate areas ie:male/female as I had my teen son with me. Sauna/spa very good. Both services were great and the lady even put a towel under my bad knee when I explained that I had issues. Overall a great service.

They sold incomplete package, no steam room and salt treatment as advertised. Never going back
Was not happy
Booking was easy via viator. There was plenty reviews and places to go. This Spa replied straight away with the booking confirmation and the details for the collection from the hotel. The driver opened the door for us. The Spa owner greeted us himself and all treatments were explained to us, also some extra treatments if we wished to add some more. The staff was super friendly. I had program no 1. With Ali and my son had the same with Mila. It was amazing. Our skin feels like velvet.l :) We booked again.

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. PLEASE READ. This hammam was in Lara .
As others have said, I was forced to accept what they offer due to lies and this results in lots of hidden bills.
The massage is not pleasant and is very rough from both male & female perspective . During hammam process you will be grabbed by your neck in multiple ways which will make you feel very uncomfortable.
They will do their upmost to make you spend as much as possible.
Avoid if you can . Please do not ignore as we did - we have had great hammam experiences in Middle Eastern countries.

Giving it a 5 star as it was a good massage, everytime i book this massage i get brought to a different location, this time it was a hotel beside wind of lara hotel, as i have had many turkish baths in many different locations it doesnt supprise me getting brought somewhere different, does not supprise me either when they try to say you have knots in your back and try get more money from you.any way i left happy and relaxed and cleansed. P. S. First time i have never had front of body massaged, not sure why

The place is amazing and beautiful. Very clean and the lady that attended to me was very nice professional and. The lady that attended to my husband didn't speak much English but i guess she still did her job. While we were getting our massage, a man came in to sell my husband a sports massage. I knew this was going to happen as i read this in other reviews however, after my husband said no the man didn't push further and just left so it wasn't that bad. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely visit again

I want to thank you for the services of the hammam, I really liked everything. But the service of the site is very bad! We reserved it for 12:00, but in the end we waited 1.5 hours because the website service did not warn the spa center! They sent an email with instructions to be on site at 12:00, the site staff did not warn us in advance! I do not recommend anyone to use this site! The site employees respond very rudely! and they don't fully explain it!

cutting corners not acceptablea. don’t ever try in this place. Horrible, dissatisfied and disappointed
The day didn't start of as well as we expected as originally we booked this for 4pm but I received a message a day before that my booking has changed to 10am but we didn't get picked up til 1pm. Lucky for us we had nothing else planned that day only the Turkish bath but I was a little annoyed as I could have woke up a little later rather than getting up early to make sure I didn't miss the driver. Anyway once we was picked up it was only a short trip of 15 minutes up the road. On arrival we was greeted and apologised for the headache but didn't get anything free just a small discount if we choose to have a long session. Once all the headache was sorted they provided us with clothes to wear for the spa treatment and shown the changing rooms, once we was ready to go we headed for the Sauna,Steam and Salt rooms for around 20 minutes, then they will come and take you to the Turkish Hamam and began me Turkish bath experience which was absolutely amazing. The whole experience is so relaxing once the turkish bath is over with they will apply a mud mask on your face and have you relaxed for around 30 minutes before taking you in for your hot oil massage which is so good and so relaxing we had a 10 minute reflexology on the feet and then the entire body and head massage which had me soo relaxed. My wifey absolutely loved it and we both would highly recommend doing this at the end of your holiday once you've got all the excursions and shopping trips out of the way as we did. Definitely would be coming back to this place and I would honestly highly recommend them. The staff are so friendly and polite and the Turkish coffee and tea are great.

The massage and the bath were fine thank you. My husband fell due to the hotel workers cleaning their basement and the whole car park area was water logged. When asked what they would do they acted like nothing happened. As we speak my husband is still in pain and can’t walk properly due to this negligent behaviour. Our whole holiday experience was ruined by this and no one gave a hoot about his welfare they had their money and the rest they had zero care about. AVOID!
