Had a great day seeing all these beautiful sites. Ali was my guide and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave many historic facts and stories about each site and throughoutthe ride. The tour was perfectly planned, very comfortable and there were many stops for WC, coffee, etc. The lunch was delicious as well. Highly recommend this tour when in Antalya.

A whole day out. Great sites and Fatima was an excellent guide - informative, friendly and really good at keeping everything on schedule to ensure we got the most out of each stop. Perge was beautiful and we had it to ourselves which was fantastic as Im sure it gets very busy. Best place for souveniers is Side. Wasnt expecting the shopping but makes a great final stop. Would highly recommend this tour, especially with Fatima.

I had communication from Viator the day before the planned trip, I replied, after 5 hours I hadn't heard from them so messaged them again, still nothing, the conversation was documented in the booking details. I then emailed them, still no reply. I set my alarm for 6.30am to find a message from Viator saying pick-up time was 7.30 and they hadn't replied before as they had not received an email although ALL communication, including the email I sent, were all available to see in the "conversation in booking details"
I was picked up promptly at 7.30, the first and we were on our way.
After picking up everybody who was on the trip we were briefed by Fatma, our guide for the day, who was very pleasant and energetic, she went through the itinery and what to expect from the day.
Perge was our first stop, Fatma gave us a very good and detailed explanation of the history of Perge going from room to room with very detailed information of the ancient city. We had about 30 minutes free time following Fatma's 1 hour tour which enabled us to take photo's, have a comfort break, grab a drink in the little shop, whatever you wanted to do.
Aspendos theatre was the next stop and what an amazing historical theatre this is. It is still used today for concerts, the acoustics are apparently amazing and, I believe, well worth going to for the experience, coming up in September. Again, great history and information imparted to us from Fatma.
Next was lunch and although not a 5* restaurant it was a homely place, very pleasant and the food was great, we were well looked after, this was an enjoyable experience for me, the type I would rather experience than what alot of tour operators think people want.
Next was Manvagat waterfall, well, we saw it, the place was still in preparation for the "season," we only stayed there for about 15 minutes if that, which was plenty of time really whilst on a tour, the toilets were nice and clean, 40TL a go, well the ladies were anyway!
Next was Side, Fatma once again gave us a detailed history of the ancient sea port with her enthusiastic and knowledable delivery after which we had free time, about 45 minutes I think. I personally visited Side 16 years ago and it has changed alot, developed for the tourist, still a pleasant visit though. We were told to be back to the meeting point by a certain time which unfortunately 2 or 3 people in the group didn't adhere to and we had to wait for them. This impacted later in the journey back with traffic.
Fatma was a fantastic guide and any tour would be worth going on if she was your guide. If you book through Viator you don't know beforehand who the tour operator will be. Fatma is freelance and works for 5 tour operators, Everytour was the one on this day. Another Fatma was our driver and she drove with care, getting us there and back safely and I even managed to practice my Turkish, biraz, at the end! My day ended at my drop-off point around 7pm or just after, as I said previously, there was alot of traffic!
I think it would be a good idea if Viator was to ring the customer prior to the trip if they think you haven't replied to their message.
I also think that if you book through Viator they should inform you of which tour operator they plan to assign you to. Just a thought as I have been on a few tours and they do differ.

The transport was fast and on time, Fatima made sure that everyone was there and that we are comfortable. She explained everything so good and asks to assure that we understood her. Homer, our guide, and Mehmet, our driver, were exquisite. Homer is deeply knowledgeable, intense, and utterly engaging, a person clearly built for this work. Mehmet is a skilled driver with the kindest disposition imaginable. This trip is worth every penny.
For any Western-educated person, this tour is essential. A Western education trains us to believe that civilization begins with the Greeks and Romans, with only a reluctant acknowledgment of Egypt. This experience corrects that mythology. Anatolia, and what is now Turkey, preceded them all. It restores historical order and reminds us how profoundly incomplete the Western civilizational narrative has been.

Really enjoyed our wonderful day tour with Ali! This kind gentleman provided an incredible amount of historical detail at every stop. He also took pictures for us and was very kind and welcoming. Our favorite stops were Perge and the Aspendos amphitheater.

This was my first time booking a group tour and I had a great experience. We were collected from the hotel and joined to a small group of people with English speaking guide. Our guide Ali is very knowledgeable and told us shortly all history of Turkey on our way to the tour destination. We had some free time in every place to take pictures or videos. Had a local meal all together and we were able to get to know each other better. Definitely recommend this. It would not be so interesting and fun to explore those sites alone, wouldn’t know some fun facts and so much more. I am hooked on tours now 😃

The tour consisted of three major historical sites, Perga, Side and Aspendos along with a short stop to waterfalls and a lunch. Everything went great and the 8 hours seemed too short in the end. The sites themselves are quite close to each other and Fatima took time during each visit to story tell us about the history and the present times. The lunch was also very good with three main courses to choose from and more appetizers. We can gladly recommend this tour further.
Here are two other practical information. Check first if your hotel is covered by the free pickup. If not, an additional cost will be required. Secondly, this tour has included all tickets for all sites. This is not the case for all similar tours.

It was a full and memorable day trip with the family, even though the weather tried to steal the opening act. The day began under steady rain, which dampened spirits a little, but as the hours passed the clouds lifted and so did the mood. Our guide Fatima was lively, warm, and exceptionally knowledgeable, bringing Perge and Aspendos to life with stories and context that made the history engaging rather than heavy. Perge, in particular, was impressive despite the wet stone underfoot. We stopped for lunch at a small village restaurant; the food was simple and adequate, more about refuelling than indulgence. The visit to Manavgat Falls added a refreshing pause to the day, and by the time we reached Side, the atmosphere had turned around. Walking through the old ruins and coastal town was a lovely way to end the trip, making it an enjoyable and well-balanced historical excursion overall.

Very interesting tour. Fatima is a mine of information, and her explanations and notebook photos enable us to mentally visualise life at these sites in days gone by. There was sufficient free time to wander around the sites, take pictures from different angles and see some areas in more detail.

A great day of visiting ancient sites. This tour captured so many in one day, we had enough time to explore and take photos. We were guided by the amzing Fatima. She was so passionate about Turkey and its history and treasure and we learnt so much about the country, did fun quizzes and explored these extraordinarily cities.Had a good lunch, drank pomegranate beer(sooo good), gazed in wonder at temples, ancient roads, amphitheatre awe and just loved everything.Excellent value.Fatima is so good wish we could book her for all our tours! A wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend. Ali was very knowledgeable about the different areas we visited, and provided a lot of context and history on the areas one by one. He is a friendly and polite tour guide and was familiar with all the stops. He also knew about the washroom availability in each location which allowed us to plan ahead of time. Also shout out to our lovely driver Kenan (Ii hope I remembered the name correctly)
Lunch was provided and it was delicious! Drinks are not included but we were aware of this. We had adequate amount of free time for each stop to take pictures and walk around which I liked. During our free time in Side we were also able to visit a local mosque to pray, although it is very easy to get lost but Google maps helped a lot. I'd recommend setting a Google maps pin when you get off the train (more of a train cart that goes on the road) but the train stop is also searchable on Google Maps anyway.
The historic sites of Perge and Aspendos were very fascinating and definitely worth doing if you are in Antalya! The theatre in Aspendos was impressive to say the least.
There were no unnecessary stops to jewellery shops or similar places that you get on many other tours in Antalya, which was great.
We also had a lovely group of 15 people which is a very reasonable size. The pick up and drop off was prompt and exactly what they had said the pick up and drop off would be.
To top off the great day our tour guide Ali gave us us a gift/souvenir which was just the icing on the cake!
