I was unhappy with the touroperator

I was a little late to site due to transport problems, had to purchase a new ticket on site, and was not refunded by touroperator... They do not offer transportation to site.

As stated clearly in the tour description, this ticket includes skip-the-line cable car access only and does not include transportation to the Olympos Cable Car site. Unfortunately, since the ticket is time- and date-specific, arriving late due to external transport issues may result in the ticket being considered used, which is why an on-site ticket purchase was required. We fully understand how frustrating this situation can be, especially when travel delays occur. However, as the cable car operation and ticket scanning are managed by the attraction itself, refunds are not possible once the ticket has expired or been missed. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will review how we can highlight important information—such as transportation arrangements and timing—even more clearly for future guests.
