Website wasn’t clear about the pick up location. We had to pay extra because we couldn’t cancel our trip. The Aquarium itself also has nothing like the advertise. Very disappointing trip indeed. Not worth the money.

Haben einen Tag zuvor diesen Ausflug zum Aquarium Antalya gebucht. Mussten beim Abholort unser Hotel angeben und dieser wurde auch vom Veranstalter bestätigt und das Geld abgebucht. Danach setzten wir uns mit dem Veranstalter auseinander wegen der Abholzeit und dann wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir nicht in der Abholregion liegen. Nach sehr langen Diskussionen mit dem Support wollten wir wenigstens unser Geld zurück für den Hin und Rücktransfer, da wir uns nun selber nen Kopf machen mussten wie wir dorthin kommen und dennoch die zusätzlichen Kosten tragen müssen. Doch dieses Geld sehen wir wohl nie wieder!!!

However, it is explicitly stated on our product page that transfers are only available from hotels in Antalya and Belek. Despite this, the customer was accommodated at a nearby meeting point, ensuring they could still use their tickets and enjoy the experience. 2.⁠ ⁠We communicated with the customer in advance, offered a solution, and ensured they did not lose their booking. The review does not accurately reflect our efforts to resolve the situation. 3.⁠ ⁠Our product page clearly outlines the pickup policy. Thank you for your time and assistance.
