I should have actually given 5 stars. The tour was excellent, the boat was great, and the captain, Roberto, was simply amazing. Unfortunately, I’m deducting one star because my daughter became ill the evening before (which no one could have prevented), and despite asking, I wasn’t able to receive any partial refund. I had booked for 4 people but only attended with 3, at the price for 4

It was good and worthwhile trip but the sea was choppy so we didn't see all the beaches mentioned.

Captain was friendly, safe and gave an apparently amazing talk about the coastline we saw for 2+ hrs. Only issue was it was 99.95% in Italian. We signed up for what clearly said ENGLISH tour. It really made it hard to enjoy. He literally didn’t speak English. Another guest had pity on us and explained a bit. So sad as I used Viator before with no problem.

Posti stupendi. Fatto il tour delle 17.30. Orario perfetto. Carlo, che ci ha guidati in questo tour, è simpaticissimo e preparatissimo.
