Lacking clear instructions-Fraudulent

So firstly, there are hidden charges in this package. Secondly their instructions are very lacking. They dont even say okay we are ready so it’s really stupid and confused the person in front who is taking the flight. All they instruct you is that you must not sit at take off but it’s a bit stupid when things are unclear and then they become moody about it. All the tourist in the group had the same experience. The guides seem a bit weird and mock you. And in the end when you come back to buy photos they expect you to buy all or nothing even though the photographs and videos are not worth the quality. The girls in the office are super rude and when asked before via msgs if a discount can be given for the photographs they told us to come to office to discuss but there was really no option of discount. It was just a ploy not to cancel if you have time to get a refund.

First of all, our office provides instructions in four languages, and no one can proceed with the tour without receiving them. There are no hidden fees. If you feel the need to review or read a little about the tour you've booked, it will be beneficial for your future tours. It will help to avoid making unwarranted comments.

Unfortunately we were surprised that we still had to pay €20 on top of €36 pp. We didn't realize that this should be, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Don't forget to bring sunglasses. Cash is useful to have with you as ATM often goes crazy. Otherwise it was really super beautiful!
