Very bad tour . Would not recommend. They were men driving jeeps recklessly and did ot pick us up at the end of the tour. Book yourself for the castle and wear very sensible shoes. Taxi for the city tour?

We booked what we thought would be a nice family outing and a cultural experience but ended up on a death trip. We were met by an open top vehicle without seatbelts, the driver turned on a music system which could be heard a 100 metres away, making it extremely difficult to hear each other, it was unbearable.
Then the nightmare started as the driver sped through the traffic crossing lanes to gain an advantage. Things then deteriorated when another open top vehicle full of youngsters pulled alongside all cheering and waving their arms to the music coming from our vehicle. Then the race started, our driver decided he would dart past them going at ridiculous speeds. The two vehicles vied with each other down the main highway with our driver putting his foot down to catch up with the other vehicle then breaking violently as he got extremely close to the other vehicle’s tail gate. The ladies in my group of 5 were absolutely petrified for the safety of the their daughter/granddaughter with everybody getting thrown around. Had the driver hit another car everybody would have been either seriously injured or dead.
I asked the driver to slow down as there were children on the vehicle. The ladies were so petrified for the safety of the little girl that we were left with no option other than to get off the vehicle rather than risk serious injury or death.
The trip was also not as advertised as we received a message the cable car ride wasn’t operative, and we would receive a partial refund. Even though we had to abandon the trip we did we receive the partial refund promised.
We then had to hire a taxi to get us back to our hotel. All we wanted was a nice trip out to visit the local town and caves, this was a nightmare trip. We were contacted by the owner or manager of the firm asking if he could make it up to us and offer us the same trip. We were happy to take up the offer on the condition it was in a safe vehicle with seatbelts. It appears this was just another con as what he was trying to do was put us back on the exact same trip the following day in the same unsafe vehicle at the same time.
If you value your life and you want an enjoyable and safe trip, do not use this company. It is outrageous that Viator are selling this trip and endangering lives of innocent people who want nothing more than a nice day out.

Nun, wir haben gesehen, was versprochen wurde. Das Timing: Höhle, Seilbahnfahrt zum Sonnenuntergang auf der Burg verlief reibungslos. Ausblick war tatsächlich atemberaubend, aber eine Reiseleitung oder gar eine deutsche fehlte völlig. Der Bus war kein Bus im herkömmlichen Sinne, eher ein großer Jeep. Ein bisschen Abenteuer auf der Fahrt… hatte aber irgendwie was, werde ich nicht so schnell vergessen- und es war im Vergleich mit anderen Reiseanbietern unschlagbar günstig

Unglaubliche Frechheit, so was habe ich in all den Jahren in Viator nie erlebt! Für gestern Ausflug gebucht, es kam niemand uns abzuholen. Wir warteten über eine Stunde! Danach haben wir Info erhalten, der Fahrer hat der Hotel verwechselt. OK, mit Operator nächste Tag also heute abgemacht. Heute ebenso, eine Stunde gewartet, kam KEINE! Ich hab in Urlaub was besseres zu tun, als sinnlos vor dem Hotel stundenlang zu stehen! Unseriös, unzuverlässig. Finger weg! Hoffe, die Rückerstattung kommt, steht aber in keinem Verhältnis zum ärger und verlorenen Zeit im Urlaub.

Ausflugsziel eigentlich beeindruckend. Leider zu wenig Zeit auf dem Berg. Dafür umso mehr waghalsige Busfahrten.
Führung wurde unter anderem deutschsprachig gebucht, dem war leider nicht so. (Russisch und Englisch)
