I really enjoyed the Cappadocia tour! At the beginning I was a bit worried because this tours had some bad reviews. But honestly, I really don’t understand them. The guides were super friendly and never rushed us. My guide, Ehran, seems like a genuinely good person. He explained everything very well, always in a good mood, and at no moment did he push us to buy or do anything. To the people who say they saw very little: if someone wants to see Cappadocia in detail, they shouldn’t book a 2-day tour when the starting point is very far and a lot of time is spent on the bus. Who realistically thinks they will see everything in just a few hours there? For the time we had, I think we saw more than enough. Everything was beautiful and pleasant, and Ehran let us enjoy each place without rushing. For those who complain about the hotels: the tour costs around €30–40 for so many kilometers and long distances. It includes one night at a hotel with dinner and breakfast. Who expects a luxury hotel for that price? The hotel was good and more than enough for just one night. I’m very happy I chose this tour. Very well organized. Thank you!

Our trip to Cappadocia was very successful: good bus driver, good guide, good hotel, excellent sights, exciting balloon ride. Sad only that the final leg on our return (after the change to the minibus) placed us at the mercy of an incompetent driver who had trouble finding several hotels (not ours, fortunately). At the end of a long bus ride, he wasted over an hour driving around looking for hotels.

It was a fun filled day! The day was somewhat rushed but we still enjoyed it. The sunrise hot air balloon ride made everything so worth it! During the coach ride to Cappadocia, we also got to stop at different places and experience different cultures. The 1 night stay at a cave like room was also good, very dated inside but we got the feel it was going for! I would recommend definitely

We really enjoyed the tour. They picked us up exactly at the scheduled time. The breakfast was enough for me, but can be on the smaller side. The lunch is not included, but I would recommend to take it. It is good and enough. Apart from the included activities they will offer other tours as well. The tour guide will explain all options and arrange everything. Our tour guide was Rashat and he was great. He told us about the places we were visiting and make sure everyone got to do the activities they liked. We took the ATV tour and it was really nice. We also did the balloons and it was amazing, everyone was really nice and the experience is breathtaking. The ballon experience price changes every day and it depends on the season. We payed €160 and it included little snack before the ride and celebration champagne. We took the cave hotel and it was nice and confortable, but it is further away from the center, so if you want to go to the center you will need a taxi. Everything needs to be payed with cash so plan accordingly. They can take you to an atm, but you will be charges 7-8% fee so I would recommend to bring cash, they accepts $ and € everywhere. In summary it takes a while to get there but you visit several places and it is totally worth it

Trip description doesn’t match the actual experience at all. Doesn’t mention that you actually spend very little time in Cappadocia and doesn’t take you to the view point that is displayed at the pictures. You spend most of the trip (like 12+hours a day in a buss). This in not due the distance (direct drive would have been around 7 hours) but cause there is numerous stops to other places. So if you want actually enjoy Cappadocia and the balloons this trip is not for you. Meals are really small, you should get you own snacks and lots of them for sure. No bathroom on the buss either so you have to wait for the stops to a gass station, the stops can be 3 hours apart so not ideal, especially if you’re travelling with kids. There’s no air conditioning on the any accommodation options and the buss has very poor air conditioning. We saw 8 balloons from the bottom of some random valley.

A sham to get more cash from you

It was a sham. They try to sell you balloon ride while you still on the bus for 230 euros (August 2023) when you can buy for 150 when in Capadocia. When i said that we will buy locally, the answer was that we should arrange ride home elsewhere, if we do not buy the flight with this company. The meals were poor choice and bathrooms we stopped at were dirty with no toilet paper. The guide would not announce stops or plan of action. The only bright experience is a panaroma visit and cave hotel. Also, they do not respond to the question, here on Viator. Reaching only the evening before the trip with the pick up time.

Спасибо экскурсоводу Денису за интересно проведённое время. Узнал много интересного из истории, с которой до сих пор мало соприкасался. Была поломка автобуса, которую оперативно устранили. Потеряли совсем не много времени. Цены на дополнительные мероприятия, как полёт на шарах довольно высокие. В общем остались довольны.
