Hello, take a look at our report. 1- This tour departs from Alanya, your hotel was in the Manavgat side area (40 km away from Alanya) 2- You yourself determined a meeting point in Alanya. We were there on time, you were late and our car left after 10 minutes of waiting for you. 3- We have made a reservation for you for another day so that you can join the tour. We sent you another vehicle on Thursday and you joined the tour. We had a very stressful few days because of your mistakes. We have put all our alternatives into action without charging any difference from you. All these correspondences are available in the messaging section of Viator. The introductory text of our boat tour is very clear, the program has been fully implemented and one of our staff has taken great care of you. I think your dissatisfaction stems from you. You stressed both yourself and us because of your mistakes. I'm sorry to have to write in such detail, but these need to be seen as well.
