My family snd friends came onto this private boat trip we had an amazing time the soft drinks amwas free but thd alcohol was chargeable.
The entertainment on board was great you have an opportunity to swim in the with life jackets or with out.
The food was amazing and rhd foam party on deck was great. Music was playing g a thd time
I would really recommend thus trip to everyone.

Booked and paid for wrong date, cancelled and was promptly refunded, I then rebooked for right date, nothing but positive experiences with Viator.

Rude staff, overpriced 3.50 cornettos! Like a cattle market! The staff shout and argue amongst themselves whilst ignoring guests and one was very rude and irritating! Then forced a tip box in your face asking why you don't tip!? Awful ....just awful

This trip was the worst trip we've experienced. Neither did a few other people who we spoke with directly.
The driver did not explain anything to us
The van was cramped and air conditioning was not good at all so we struggled.
The host of the tour was rude, passive aggressive and very inappropriate. Kept touching everyone, especially young girls that were 13 - 14 year olds. He kept calling these girls "sexy"...
Whilst we were sitting down he made us stand up and leave the table so he could clean under it.. this is something that should be done once we have left the boat, not whilst we are trying to relax.
Kept moving food and drinks off the table when we was still eating. We ordered a watermelon ice-cream which we had not finished yet he came and threw it away. Disappointing for something we paid 15 euros for.
He very aggressively forced people to give him a tip. He would sit on the table and tell people to give him money and would not leave until they did. This made us very uncomfortable.
He smoked in front of my 3 year old child when I requested not to and still did.
They came round asking if wanted more chicken. We said no and still put it on the plate, including the plate of my vegetarian sister. She of course lost her appetite. No apology was given.
No treasure Hunt as stated in booking. Was looking forward to this.
This is not worth the time or money.

We are also very sorry that basic service elements such as transportation comfort, communication, food handling, and advertised activities (such as the treasure hunt) did not meet expectations. This is not the experience we aim to deliver, and we regret the distress this caused your family.

Mini bus arrived to pick us up, was over booked, had to stand with children on a minibus for 1 hour cramped in, no air con, when we arrived and boarded the ship which was nice, the sea was to rough and we never left the harbor, we had to sit on the boat about 50 meters from the harbor for 7 hours, terrible day

Mini bus that collected us was dated ,very hot and over filled. Not pleasant.
Boat trip was fun , food was chicken, rice and salad with bread.
Drinks were self service from 2lt bottles.
Overall worth the price. Cost much more if you buy when on hol so best to book before.

Transfer to boat trip awful. Driver left us for 15 minutes in a bus with no air con. My daughter had a panic attack and feinted because it was so hot.

I attended with my 12, 9, 6 years children and they loved the experiences whole day!! Myself enjoyed the open water swimming and my eldest boy wanted to stay in the water as much as he can every time ladder went down. Lunch (chicken ) was tasty as well. Youngest boy enjoyed ice cream & melons (optional) which was amazing taste.
My daughter especially liked the bubbles in the end :) Friendly atmosphere and highly recommend for anyone.

It was a disaster, dont go on the tour! Overfilled boat with food that made u sick! We got of the boat after one hour, omg worst thing ever. We were sick our whole remaining trip after.

The views were amazing. It was a great time and it was most fun when we stopped in the middle of the sea a few times to just jump off the boat and swim around. The food was nothing to exciting, but was a great experience

The transportation was in a dirty van and no masks and the van was full
The boat was overcrowded and smoking allowed all over the boat no social distancing no masks even the crew were not wearing it and it is not possible to enjoy the trip if you choose to just relax and not take part of the activities because people at rubbing on you smoking cigarettes all the time the captain was rude and making us for wearing masks. You have to pay for your drinks no bottled water even available for free we were promised that lunch will be brought for us because of the overcrowding and the crew member forgot until the ride was almost over and lunch was done.

Im giving just 3 because the boat was different on picture. I saw exactly the same boat on port. But the guide bring us to on other one. Staff was very friendly, food nothing special. We have got one piece of chicken breast with rice and salat on one plate with 2 pcs of bread. So I recommend definetly bring some fruit or something with you.

Plenty of stops throughout trip for everybody to swim and captain shouts over tannoy JUMPY JUMPY CUMMON LOL. Great food, great company and best of all very safe and very entertaining a must for all ages as on our trip young kids with life jackets jumping in sea from top deck and this got the oldies to join in, then on the way back into shore on afternoon a disco/foam party that everybody could get involved in not a drunken teenager thing but for every age which was nice to see.
If your looking for a family day out for all ages this is a MUST and reasonably priced as well, pick up and drop off from hotel what more do we want as a family trip. Oh and the boats look like old pirate ships which the kids love

We just loved it! Great for the whole family and a lot of opportunities to swim from the ship during the excurtion. The capitan anc his crew made sure we always had someting to drink and made sure their guests had a lot to laugh and cheer about! Fun for all ages!
I have never to this day seen gangam style been preformed at medium rough sea on a ships deck covered in foam by the crew and guests, old and young! Next time in Alanya we will make another reservation!

Really terrible! vehicle they sent to pick us up didn't have air-conditioning. really hot day. they were going around and around for two hours to pick up other passengers. they didn't know where they were going.
